Updates
09/19/2017 Mandatory Activity Checks are now a thing of the past!!
No one enjoys doing RP posts when it feels like a chore. So we are doing away with it completely. There are still some posting requirements, but we hope this will make things feel much more relaxed. Be sure to review our rules to get all the details.

“Me? Oh, I’ve been here and there. Almost everywhere, it's hard to say where I started.. It can get quite exciting, being on the road.” Silas explained with a smirk and a shrug. “I suppose it can get lonely though, from time to time. It’s more fun when the experience is shared.”
He looked up towards the stars, as if admiring them. “Sometimes I think about traveling beyond the limits, to places further than the imagination can describe.” He sighed softly before looking back at Ms. Gunnar. “How about you, ever want to travel beyond the stars?” Perhaps he was being a bit bold with his questions, perhaps not.
"The stars?" Emilie shrugged a little. "They look s far away. I don't think I'd much like living off dried food or worrying about calcium leaching from my bones. Uncomfortable things like that."
Still, the young woman looked up to the sky as well.
"Sometimes though, I do think they sing. And I wonder if I could just get away from all of this constant human noise if, maybe, I could hear it."
Silas smirk widened as he listened to her contemplate traveling beyond the stars; stating off the risks of 21st century space travel. If only she knew… well she might, soon enough. “Fair enough, but… what if you could, without having to live off dried food, and your calcium stayed where it should?” He asked innocently, well as innocently as he could.
“Would you like to hear them? I’m sure at least a dozen or more have sung, perhaps even still are.” Silas started walking off towards the direction of his TARDIS, hoping she might follow along. “At least, in theory they could.” He added, before asking. “What if I could take you beyond all those stars to places you could only imagine of?” Okay, maybe he was laying it on a bit thick, so what. He enjoyed the game, and she seemed to be playing along. “Or what if you could go to any place in time? When would you go?”
His questions, while strange, were innocent enough. So Emilie just laughed.
"I suppose I would. Goodness knows, I can't keep track of time as it is though. Every once in a while, I forget that Americans still have their penny and that not everyone is on the metric system yet. History isn't my subject. But I love travelling."
She scrutinized Silas for a moment, before clarifying, "Actually travelling. If you're offering drugs, not an idle 'would you' game, I have to pass."
