RACHEL PARKER
Rachel is a kind, sweet girl. She's rather clever for her age, and she's very brave. She loves adventures and danger and gets up to lots of mischief, all the time. She tries her best to land herself into danger. Rachel is a general bad girl, pickpocketing and stealing when she has to, since she lives on the streets most of the time, when her mum chucks her out. Rachel can get angry very easily, and she's very good at hurting people, much to the dismay of others. Once, she broke a boy's arm when she attempted to give him a Chinese burn. She will do anything if you make her mad.
As soon as she hits 18, Rachel gets a sense of evil and slight insanity, but she does her best to bottle it up, however it doesn't always work.[/color][/center]

Tosh was a computer genius and arguably the most intelligent member of the Torchwood team. Despite her intelligence, she was insecure and not very confident in her abilities. Tosh was in love with Owen Harper but because of her insecurity, she found it hard to tell him how she felt. Tragically both Tosh and Owen were killed before they could get into a romantic relationship.
Tosh appeared to be bisexual due to her relationship with a female shape shifting alien called Mary. However this was her first lesbian relationship.
