'The Forgotten'

Gender: Female

Occupation: Well Nurtured Psychopath.
Physical Description: Same as her twin brother, the human aspect of her genetics was canceled out, making her ½ Time Lord and ½ Karlaithyan. Fleur, all through her life, was extremely petite, almost seeming fragile but she is well toned and physically fit despite her light build.. With her long limbs down to her thin fingers and somewhat boney toes. Being so light of frame, Fleur can move without making a sound, even through densely fallen leaves. Her flesh is a cool milky white, but horribly marred by scars on her arms, legs and back.. She has soft pale blonde hair that falls to her mid back. Her eyes are her most perplexing feature. They are green but of vastly differing shades. Her right eye is bright, almost glowing green, the left is a soft pale jade green.
Fleur can speak a myriad of languages, both of earth and alien origin, but she favors English and French. Her accent is distinctly French, but the dialect is old-fashioned, picked up from being raised by The Reaper.
Her clothes are loose and unrestricted but not so much that they are easily snagged or bound up, usually minimalistic. In younger years, she wore only a simple red cotton dress. She preferred the dark red color because it easily concealed the stains of blood and dirt. In older years, she found it more practical to wear dark jeans, jacket, and shirt.
Personality: This young woman has two separate personalities that contrast each other as distinctly as day from night.
Oublié is the more dominant personality. She is calmly silent, with an intensity in her eyes like the calm sea before a storm. At a glance, her expression seems numb, as though unable to feel or express. Her tone, in the rare instances when she does speak, is equally as emotionless. Her actions her decisive, quick, and precise, whether it is an escape plan or a manner of executing a target. Oublié lives for the thrill of the hunt. It is the only time she truly feels alive, when snuffing out the life of another. She also has full mastery of her telekinetic abilities. Unlike her mother who needed to see a target and focus on it, if Oublié is aware of it's presence, she can manipulate it. She has no pity for anyone who stands in her way, no matter how innocent. She only gives one warning and about three seconds to heed it before they are added to the body count.
Fleur is a timid and innocent creature hidden deep inside her own mind. She created Oublié to protect what sanity and innocence she could. Fleur is quick to cry and cling to someone for comfort. Due to a harsh and unforgiving upbringing, she flinches at sudden hand movements in her direction. She is meek and quiet but her words are always kind and with the sincerity of a saint. When allowed to be the dominant personality, Fleur loves to run through the wilderness, barefoot, feeling the sun and wind in her hair and on her skin. She has a natural love for exploration and adventure and when not under Reaper or Iblis' iron rule, she indulges when she can. She can be clumsy and awkward, and while mostly fearful she tries to have a cheerful disposition. But when threatened or stressed, Fleur is quickly over ridden by Oublié and turns cold.
History: Ah, where to begin. I suppose that we need to look a little ways back to have a firm grasp of what happened to this unfortunate child. Her mother, Maggie Keâts, while not thrilled with the idea at first, was expecting twins. Her father, Rio, on the other hand was elated right from the beginning. And, for the most part, the pregnancy was normal and uneventful; no complications. When Maggie was nearing the end of the seventh month, she was barely able to stand or walk without some form of support but she stubbornly refused help at every turn insisting that it was good for her and the babies.
The TARDIS in which this little family resided was a temperamental piece of work that liked to rearrange the layout and move controls as a remedy to it's boredom. One glitch this TARDIS was notorious for was it's Timing Malfunction. When a Timing Malfunction would occur, occupants would experience a strange fluctuation as realities would blend. This would cause some occupants to partially phase out of their proper dimension for a moment, leaving the phased out portion slightly transparent. While unnerving, it's not life threatening and usually corrects itself within a few minutes.
This was not the case for Fleur. During one such malfunction, half of Maggie's body went out of phase. And the way that the twins and come to settle, Fleur was in on the half that was out of phase, causing her to phase out completely for a moment, putting Fluer into fetal distress. This suddenly put Maggie into premature labor and she was rushed into the Zero Room. Her brother, Léon , was born with no complications. Fleur had disappeared completely.
The TARDIS, in an attempt to save Fleur, sent her to the Zero Room of another TARDIS. In the infinite calculations that it went through, the only place that was deemed safe was a TARDIS with occupants who all the members of the family had dealings with. Possibly family or a friend? Alas, The TARDIS delivered the infant into the hands of their greatest enemies. A rival time lord called The Reaper, and a willful, calculating Ifrit named Iblîs .
Her early years were harsh. Rather than bequeath her with an actual name, Reaper called her 'Oublié', meaning 'Forgotten' to forever remind her of her lack of value. As soon as the girl was able to crawl and get around on her own, Reaper made a point to show the child what her boundaries were, what she was and was not allowed to meddle with and he was not kind in his instruction. Before she reached age five, she'd had a broken arm, six broken ribs, a fractured jaw and a fair collection of scars. She learned quickly that silence and obedience was the only guarantee that she would not be spitting up her own blood.
From the moment Oublié came into Reaper and Iblîs's care, they knew who her father was. Iblîs could smell Rio's genetic imprint on the girl. Her mother remained a mystery until the day she began moving things about without touching them. She was a telekinetic like Maggie. Reaper was sadisticly amused by this discovery and plotted to use the girl as a weapon against her own family. At age six, Reaper and Iblîs began sculpting her into a cold and calculating killer.
Additional medical information: Two strong healthy hearts. Powerful telekinetic, Split Personality Disorder, hysterectomy at age 10, resulting in stunted height, eidetic memory, musically inclined.
