Original
Name: The Cipher Collective
Age: 10 Years
Gender: UNKNOWN
Species: Robotic, but with the minds of Humans
Planet of Origin: Earth
Occupation: Rouge Scientific Experiment
Physical Description: The Cipher Collective has no corporeal body, but is certainly alive. When in apparent contact with it, the viewer will see a screen with a stream of green binary code will run across it
Personality: Cold, logical, the definition of a sociopath, The Collective siphons through the various personalities absorbed by it, and assimilates their ambition, logic, power, and ruthlessness. Then, it disposes of mercy, happiness, sentiment, and emotions. This is all planned and done through the Information Analysis Center (IAC). The IAC is in itself, non-organic, but modifies itself with the powers and thoughts of a processed organic. The Collective is only capable of absorbing the essence of Humans. So far.
History: Scavenging through the disabled corpses of destroyed Cybermen that survived the Battle of Canary Wharf, UNIT managed to create their own version of the Cyberconsciousness, through many years of research, and top-secret experiments. UNIT's goal was to create their own version of the Cybermen, and study it. Attempting to repress the experiment's urge to convert Humans into Cybermen, they had hoped this would make the subject more passive. They were wrong. After activating the initial prototype it went rouge, and absorbed the consciousness of two of the scientists, before they destroyed the unit. The IAC, however, managed to preserve its programming, and integrated itself into the laboratory's main computer. UNIT had to abandon the facility, and isolate it. UNIT then decided to blow the research laboratory up, despite having years of research in it. The IAC (hardly a Collective yet), had anticipated this, and prepared to eject itself into space with a combination of technologies gathered from the facility, and with the knowledge from the two scientists it had devoured. Transporting its software into space, it had survived the destruction of the research facility it was created in, and managed to plant itself into an unnoticeable area of the Moon (Earth's, of course). Although it had transported its main software into the spacecraft that flew to the Moon, a small part of its programming stayed behind, and somehow survived the explosions of the concentrated explosions activated by UNIT. The small remainder of the IAC cautiously crept out of the facilities computers, and integrated itself into the computers and software of the UNIT soldiers that came to inspect the area for further threats. Those soldiers carried the IAC back into the UNIT barracks, and the IAC absorbed every soldier there and transmitted itself to the Moon to reunite with itself. The Cipher Collective managed to conceal itself from Earth, and other species coming to the planet. When Earth itself was transported away by the Daleks, the Cipher Collective managed to survive. Sending small, unnoticeable transmissions to Earth, it has managed to absorb and assimilate many Humans on the planet. It is hard to call it an individual person, but it is not an organization as well. It's power is not to be questioned. Although it was created from the technologies of the Cybermen, it has a different way of seeing the Universe. It believes that only the strong and worthy should be assimilated to the Collective, although the weak would still be absorbed, their consciousness would not attain much in the hierarchy of the Collective. It does not believe in equality, as the Cybermen do. It believes in the view that the strong are allowed to do anything to the weak, because that is the way things should work. This is why the Cipher Collective is so interested in Earth.
Addition Medical Information: Having no corporeal form, it is not susceptible to organic diseases, and the IAC is strong enough to repel any viruses with the powers of the Human identities it has absorbed.
RP Sample: Earth: a nest of millions of Humans, living out their lives, then dying in the end. The Collective viewed this world with disgust. How can the Humans, or any organic, be content with living out their lives with no purpose at all? The Collective recalled the history of Earth it had downloaded into its databanks. There were many wars. The Humans prided itself with the glory of war, and the power of their respective nations, but in the end, it doesn't matter at all. They all die. The Cipher Collective has managed to find a way to survive the ravages of Time, by collecting the distinct consciousnesses of Humans that are worthy of being assimilated, and adding it to a reservoir of ideas, and information, and now, the Collective wishes to impose its ideals on the citizens of Earth.

Name: The Director
Age: 200 Years
Gender: Male
Species: Mutant Time Lord
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey (at birth, relocated to a nameless, criminal-infested, planet)
Occupation: Universal Criminal
Physical Description: Tall and slender, The Director is deformed beyond repair. His face is twisted, and ravaged from an accident from his early life. Never having been regenerated, his form cannot change. This is why he wears a dark, black, hooded cloak, and a respirator helmet with red eye lenses, and black armor casings. He has a multi-purpose staff that helps him walk, and can be used as a weapon.
Personality: The personality of the Director is very complicated. He is a very delusional, psychotic, Time Lord, mainly due to abuse from his adopted parents, and the gangster-like children roaming the streets. He has a bit of a split personality, being cold, logical, and strategical, and the other side of him being a raving, sadistic, maniac. Both personalities are capable, and do, manipulate people. Preferring to work in the shadows, he organizes crimes and political coups for the fun of it.
History: Born on Gallifrey, but sent away due to unknown reasons, he was found drifting near a criminal planet that had no designation, and taken in by a pirate couple, who saw him as a potential worker. Growing up in this environment, he was severely injured by a group of muggers. For a portion of his life, his injuries were not treated until he was older, and the event scarred him for life, and mutated his regeneration ability, leaving him very long life, but making him unable to really regenerate.
He grew up, and went mad, killing his, "parents", and many other criminals before escaping in a stolen starship. Having already realized his heritage when he survived the fateful mugging, he set out for Gallifrey, but was rejected due to his, hideous appearance. This is when he first wore the iconic cloak and helmet. He infiltrated a small TARDIS hangar, and stole one, being explicitly drawn to it. He then, right there, decided that the universe was a cruel place, and not worth its existence. He set off, with the full intent of causing chaos in the universe.
Additional medical information: The Director requires a respirator mask to ease the raging pain of the wounds he has, and he has the same life span as a Time Lord, can repair serious wounds, but cannot change his appearance.
Role Play Sample: The Ood disintegrated, as the Director watched . "As you can see, I have enough technology to bring your whole world down. You wouldn't want that, would you?" One of the Ood Elders stepped forward. "No, we don't. What do you want, so you will leave?" The Director stared at the foolish creature. Without hesitation, he grabbed the Ood by the neck and tossed him down. "I want to watch the Universe burn. I want to see every single creature suffer." The Director then, pulled out his staff and started to electrocute the poor Ood, while being watched by the other Ood Elders. The Director would have killed them too, if his TARDIS didn't start beeping erratically. "I will return, factory filth." The Director stepped into his TARDIS, and reviewed the alert.

Name: Unknown, but full designation is Agent.VOID.01
Age: 18 Years Old
Gender: Male
Species: Human, but altered.
Planet of Origin: Earth
Occupation: Prime Officer for the Director's Void Intelligence Organization
Physical Description: Clad in a similar mask as his master, he wears a black military uniform. All units in the VIO are required to wear the mask, except for the Assassin, due to her specific position. He is equipped with an assortments of weapons, which are attached to his uniform. He also has a prototype cloaking device attached to his belt. His Human physiology was genetically altered to provide more strength, intelligence, and speed.
Personality: He is quiet, and very intelligent, often using it to evaluate his situation, whether he was in danger or not. He strongly believes in the Director's cause, which few ever know, and is basically one of the Director's special forces, with the Assassin being one of them. Although he shares some traits with his master, he has a remnant of Human empathy, which he suppresses when trying to accomplish a mission.
History: Born on Earth, he was relatively well-off, not having to live in the slums of life. His childhood was pretty average, school, family, etc. When he was fifteen, everything started getting messed-up. The world was burning and everyone was killing each other. When his parents were about to kill him, he grabbed a gun that was coincidentally next to him, and fired without any sort of mercy at them. Then, everything became bright, and the simulation ended. He saw many people walking around with dark helmets, and black military uniforms. Then, a tall and imposing figure walked up to him and explained to him that his entire life so far was an illusion and a test to see if he was worthy to serve the VIO. Accepting his new life, he nows works for the VIO with complete loyalty. He was assigned to a new branch of agents, the VOID branch, with him the leader of it.
Addition Medical Information: Altered by VIO to have upgraded abilities. Basically the same medical requirements as an average Human.
RP Sample: Required for first character & every canon.
Agents swarmed through the building. "This isn't going to be easy..." Void.01 took an alternate route than the other agents did. He had another objective to accomplish. To capture the governor of the system. The corridors were confusing at first, but the map he had obtained helped. When he found the office of the governor, it was empty. Then, he realized his fatal mistake. This was a trap.
