About The Reaper:

BRIEF INTRO: Over a thousand years old, in his tenth incarnation, and not someone to be trifled with. He doesn't go out of his way to be a villain. He simply is. What makes The Reaper dangerous is that he has a sadistic side. He delights in the pain and anguish of others. Granted he will reserve these tendencies for those who have invoked his ire. As his title suggests, once you have crossed him, death is certain.

While The Reaper is a TimeLord, he doesn't make a habit of time traveling, unless he has to. He does not have a TARDIS or a Vortex Manipulator. Instead, he traverses through times and realities through the aid of his companion, Iblis, a powerful ifrit.

The Reaper's main job in life is that he is an assassin and a killer. While he does accept payment for his services, he kills more for the thrill. Perhaps You're here to stop a murder?

FRIENDS: The Reaper has no expectations for friends. He knows he is a monster. Any 'friends' would only be used to further his goals, in the end. But there is always exceptions. Do you dare try?

LOVES: Love... is a foreign concept to The Reaper. He was never nurtured as a child, and thus, he is very primal. The closest he has come to love is his relationship with an ifrit named Iblis. While not often physically affectionate with the ifrit, his devotion is undeniable.

ENEMIES: The Reaper doesn't have time for the pettiness that is having 'Enemies'. You are either a means to an end, or you do not matter at all. That isn't to say he can't be your enemy. Just keep in mind, The Reaper has a nasty habit of killing things that get in his way. Although, surely if you are persistent in your efforts and prove to be the perfect thorn in his side, You will have gained a dangerous adversary.

Did you request a formidable villain? And, here I am.

Anyway, they should definitely meet up and The Master would definitely have a field trip with seeing that the Doctor has a daughter. For some reason, I think the Master would be rather tickled by the fact that she's very young (comparatively). I don't have a definite plot as of yet, as currently The Master has been held by UNIT - but I'm happy for a later thread to take place (maybe even with Tenth Doc?)

Well, I am always down for some amazing shenanigans! She probably wont realize there's a reason to be afraid until she's already suckered in LOL.

As for a thread with our 10, Ry is currently in finals crunch for college courses, but she'll let us know. And I am 10000% excited about THAT potential thread.

In any case, Once he's let loose, they could easily run into eachother purely by chance. Magpie goes everywhere and gets into everything.. She's almost as bad as a toddler because she tries to have that cheery outlook on life.. Even once she realizes who he is, I can see her still trying to find the good in him. LOL

1) So Twelve could totally use family or some sort - be it daughter/sister/niece/Cousin. He's also in a good position to play mentor too. I'd be happy to meet her with or after Clara depending on how Lottie feels. Or both. Both is good.

Him trying to figure out how they're related is half the fun, but he'd also be thrilled to have a time lord child around whose not tainted by the High Council at all.

2) Can Lucy meet Eight? Please? Just?? Play the angel on her shoulder? She's trying so hard to be good. She'd go from being all grr and thinking of him as nothing more than a sickly sweet to poppinjay to maybe, maybe seeing something worth striving for and living for isn't he universe.

omigosh I hadn't even thought of that beautiful fact! Now I feel sort of guilty for the agony but ahahahah Mostly I'm thrilled. After all, I need to balance out being (future? idk winging it) best friends with literal Satan.
