Physical Description:
First Regeneration: He stands at five foot and eight inches tall. Weighs one hundred and forty five pounds. He has short brown hair that he tends to either spike, part to one side or smooth back. But you cannot really tell because he always wears a black fedora hat so you will not know what his hair is like until he takes his hat off.. indoors so be on the lookout I guess. He wears three layers of clothing, a grey t shirt followed by a checkered blue and purple button up shirt, then finally his black jacket. He wears a Loony Tunes tie, yes Loony Tunes. Blue jeans and then black converse shoes. I think that is everything for that.
Second Regeneration: Standing at five foot and eight inches tall, lightly bearded, with long gorgeous hair. He tends to wear what his last incarnation wore but without the tie, the fedora, and the button up shirt. Instead he wears a faded dark grey shirt, black leather jacket, black and gray patterned scarf, faded jeans and black ankle high converse shoes. Overall his personality is the same but is more quiet and fatherly in personality.

First: Impatient, energetic, goofy, fun loving, witty, always on the move. He is Gay.

History:
The Nomad went to school like every other Time Lord, he excelled in Math and science classes but would lack in the others, but still pass, because he saw them as boring. Instead he will pass time away during these classes by jotting down notes and designs of gadgets in a leather notebook that he always carries around in his pocket. At home, he somewhat got attention, more of when one of his gadgets would self destruct or go wrong and rip a room apart. Which he would either destroy or stuff into his multidimensional pockets and forget about them until he randomly finds them again.
One day he decided to skip school and go for a stroll in the woods when he accidentally bumped into a TARDIS, curious he stepped inside to have a look around. Intrigued he fixed the ship up and was about to exit it for the day when the door slammed shut and randomly took him to planet Earth. Curious, scared, and well adventurous he took a stroll around London looking at the lively shops, machinery, etc. Then went home. And of course taking this TARDIS to other worlds. His travels soon came to a halt when he met this other Time Lord named Thalia, who he also referred to as "My angel." That same week he graduated and became a Time Lord.
Well out of curiosity he went to this planet while he thought about asking Thalia this very important question, like if it was the right time to ask or not. He stumbled on a village, but as he explored he found that everyone was dead. As he investigated The Nomad discovered that Daleks were responsible for what happened. Angered he went as far as sending the whole lot of Daleks into the void, sending Gallifrey and Skaro in the direction towards war.
He later found himself fighting in the Time War, while on this strange planet where the people were actually talking fish type aliens, he was about to destroy this Dalek when it told him that both of their planets were locked away in the void. He destroyed the Dalek anyways.
The Nomad was crushed emotionally, everyone he cared about was now gone. He traveled alone for sometime before he came across this species of alien that chased him across the universe. He discovered that he was in the vicinity of planet Earth and decided to make himself into a human until this other alien forgets about his existence. After three to five months of hiding as a human he became a Time Lord again. He seems to have forgotten some details of his early life and where his TARDIS is parked.
During his travels after the war he met Maria, although they did not officially get together until his fifth regeneration. As his fourth regeneration he met a troubled Yvie, who he later nicknamed as Magpie, fought the Nothing that troubled the girl (almost losing his life twice, although in the end he did regenerate a couple weeks after the battle.) and in the end adopted her in the hopes of giving her a new life that is better than what she has had.
Then once again he came across Maria again at some point, after who knows how long they were together, he proposed and they were married. A son soon followed, although there are now (as his sixth regeneration) that there is another child on the way.
At an unknown regeneration, possibly as his sixth regeneration as time and space does strange things, Nomad became a grandfather to one child, Clementine, who was adopted by Magpie and Rio as well as a grandfather to their children Clementine, Leon, Fleur, Gavri, and Kitty.

Normal Time Lord anatomy, he does suffer some depression and anger problems.

Strolling through the streets he turned to an alley where he found a Weevil staring at him, "Well hello there.. my name is The Nomad.. and you are?" He said with a cheeky smile, taking his hat off politely before putting it back on. The monster simply growled at him as its eyes glared at him, "Well you do not have to talk that way!" The Weevil reached out to scratch at him, "Bye!" He said before taking off in a full sprint, holding his hat in one hand.
Taking a sharp turn to the right he hid behind a dumpster and waited. He looked to the street to see nothing was there, turning around he saw the same one with two more weevils with it, "Hey! That is cheating, and you forgot to count to 100 before finding me!" He said.
The monster growled and the Time Lord ran back out of the alley, "TARDIS where are you this time?" He yelled out, as though it heard him, it swung its door open. The Nomad tripped and found himself flying inside. Coming to a rough landing on the floor, he looked up at the central control console, "Next time warn me before opening the door."
