Physical Description:
Thhe Mentor stands at 5'7" he is not very muscular but has a good build. He had spiked at the front, dark brown hair, light blue eyes, and a light beard. He looks sickly in appearance but is not. As far as clothing he wears a large, tan over coat, large black scarf, blazer, white button up shirt with a black tie, black trousers, and black dress shoes.
Personality:
Unlike his brother, The Nomad, The Mentor is calm in personality, very rarely will he become angry. He does not joke around, in fact he is kind of dull. Where his brother is the energetic one that cannot stay in one place for too long, Mentor likes to take things easy and enjoy what is going on around him. He is also very caring and fatherly to everyone. The Mentor likes it when his companions are not loud so that he can think, calm and most importantly will listen to everything he tells them and does as he asks to the best of their ability.
History:
The Mentor is The Nomad's older brother from when their parents were in their Third incarnations while Nomad came around when they were in their Ninth and tenth incarnations (The father was in his tenth incarnation at the time). The two got along well, like a older brother and younger brother should. But the two did not quite know each other that well. The Mentor got the most attention out of the two boys and their sister, setting up a rivalry between the two, friendly at first that soon turned more aggressive as The Nomad got older. Then it all seemed to have come to an end when The Mentor graduated from the Academy and became a full fledged Time Lord.
The Mentor got married to a Time Lady by the name of The Angel and they had three kids, Jason, Mark, and Amber. While his kids were at the academy he went to visit his younger brother, who was still working to graduate but was skipping his classes. Concerned about his brother's potential future, tried talking to him about why he should finish up at the Academy, saying that then their mother and father will give him the attention he desires. The Nomad ran off and The Mentor ran after him trying to talk some sense into his younger brother but when he heard a sound of a TARDIS he gave up and went home, knowing he will not be able to talk to his brother the same way again.
Some years later The Mentor just got home when his wife told him that his brother has gone missing. The Mentor told his wife to stay home and that he would be back as soon as he has The Nomad with him. He borrowed a TARDIS and tracked his brother to Earth, it did not take him long to find Nomad. But when he confronted his brother, something in The Nomad snapped and a whole other side appeared, not one that was angry or trouble making, but one that was more happy. But when he tried to get his brother home, the two got into a fight, which came to an end when the two learned that Cybermen were on the planet. Working together the two brothers were able to take care of the metal men and once again became the loving brothers they were from the start.
The Mentor watched his brother become a Time Lord and his children go through the academy. But then the war started and he found himself going to distant planets for diplomatic reasons at first then finally as a soldier. One day he tried to get home but when he got to where he needed to.. there was no planet, no nothing, just an empty slot where Gallifrey should be. Confused, lost, depressed and alone he traveled to near by Earth. There he accepted the possible fact that Gallifrey was meant to cease to exist, so he started traveling around.

Role Play Sample:
The Mentor quietly walked along the street, hands in his pockets, his gait was a slow one like a man into his late years. He stopped to watch a father pick up his son to look into a shop window. The boy said something and was taken inside. The Time Lord smiled and continued walking.
Turning into an alley he approached a tall crate, "Ah right where I left you old girl." The Mentor said with a smile on his face.
"Hey you.." A male voice said.
The Time Lord turned around and saw a man in a black leather jacket standing there holding a gun, "Are you talking to me mate?"
"Yeah I am talking to you, now fork over all your money or I will shoot." He said, cocking his gun.
The Time Lord looked at the man with squinted eyes, "Something is telling me that you will not shoot.. even though you want to you won't.." The Mentor took some steps forward until he was right in front of him, "And you know.. the one thing you should do is go to sleep.." With that he took the gun and knocked it against the man's head, who slumped to the ground. The Time Lord tossed the gun into the trash can nearest to him as he made his way to the TARDIS and got inside.
