The Nomad


Brief Fact: The Nomad fought in the Time War, he did not learn about the loss of Skaro and Galifrey until many years afterwards when he learned from a Dalek the fate of the two planets before sending it and the rest of the invading Dalek fleet to the void. He is currently married to The Phantom and is on his sixth regeneration. As a result of his first regeneration, during which his body did not change, he does not remember much about his life before the regeneration including images of home and what caused him to regenerate.

Personality: His personality is different with each regeneration, his sixth and seventh are more easy to anger and are more hot headed then the other seven of his incarnations. Generally he is Calm, caring, kind, happy, energetic, goofy, can be a bit stern, witty, and tends to be forgetful.

The Mentor



Brief Fact: The Mentor is Leo’s older brother, who also fought in the Time War. He knew of Gallifrey’s and Skaro’s destruction and often travelled alone thinking that he was the only Time Lord left, that was until he met The Muse and later on met his Sister-In-Law The Phantom and his brother The Nomad. He also learned that he has a nephew and neice.

Personality: The Mentors 10th-12th regenerations are calm, witty, patient, caring, kind, and tends to be stern. He is also kind of dull when he talks.

Mark Owen / Silas aka The Ambassador

Brief Fact: Mark's mother is The Phantom and his father is The Nomad. He was born on board their TARDIS.

Brief Fact:Falling to Earth she was not sure of what planet she landed on, only knowing that she was not back on Xenon with her parents. Well she did not land in another lake.. she landed in a pool in the middle of an apartment complex, the humans there locked her in the pool area until zoo officials came and captured her. They took her to the local zoo where she currently resides, every now and then she tries to escape but is always caught so she spends her time tormenting keepers by stealing their shoe laces when she can.

Personality:Humanoid Form: Quiet, Shy, to hard to bring out of the box. Penguin form: Mischievous, hyper, loves to cuddle and steal shoe laces or anything that is able to be hidden.

The Illusionist




Brief Fact: The Illusionist is The Goddess and The Whisper's father. He is a strict, no nonsense, stern Time Lord. But that does not mean he is as hard as a rock at heart. He is actually a very caring person who mostly uses his power to help others. He does come to Earth quite often, but not as often as most of the other surviving Time Lords/ Ladies. Usually when he is visiting Earth it is to help a person or two, not really for a vacation. His power allows him to make people hallucinate, like seeing a person that makes he/ she happy or to feel like they are on fire when the person is really not. He only uses his power to help/ protect others.

Personality: The Illusionist is a well mannered, strict, serious, takes no nonsense Time Lord. He is usually a stern Time Lord who very rarely smiles, laughs or cracks a joke. He is usually to himself, quiet, straight to business, and not very trusting towards others.

Alec Tyrrell



Brief Fact: He is an alien from the planet Drahva. If you must know, males are rare on the planet but are not treated as such. Instead the men are seen as slaves, and are used and treated as such. They are also used for breeding purposes before being killed to save on resources. So you can say that Alec is a rare alien to come across, especially off the planet. But he was determined to get off the planet when he figured out what his fate was, and has been running ever since. He is far smarter than others of his species, in fact his shuttle/ star fighter he fixed up and built many sections on his own. 

Personality: Energetic, caring, jerk, rebellious, brave, cunning, adventurous, has bad habits.

The Fourth Doctor:

Brief Fact: The Doctor is a Time Lord who usually travels through space and time with a companion. This Doctor mainly travels with Sarah Jane. So if a character is to thread with The Doctor there is a 95% chance that Sarah Jane will be dragged, willingly, along as well. So you are prepared, this Doctor carries a bag of Jelly Babies and sometimes other types of candy with him.. that he will offer to other characters from time to time. He may also trip on his ridiculously long scarf as well, or get it caught in a doorway.

Personality: Mature, immature, happy, playful, cheerful. Rarely he gets angry or sad.

Hii! So, Rowan is The Nomad's great granddaughter. She's really loud, obnoxious, she loves everyone, and that kind of cool stuff. I'm not sure what incarnation he'd be in while she was growing up, but who's to say he has to know who she is? Whatever you're up for.

As for the Mentor... I can see her thinking he's TOTALLY boring. And she'd say as much.. she doesn't have a filter. I think she would try to liven him up. XD

PENGUINS ARE CUTE AND SMALL SHE WOULD LOVE CHADIRRA. Chadirra would probably be scared of Ro's really loud and LET'S BE FRIENDS personality since she's shy, but Ro does mean well and she would adore Chadirra and just hug her little penguin body all day long.

Haha, I'm not sure how William would handle Rowan. She's Rio's granddaughter, and since he's one of the people hunting for Rio, I can see her just running up to him and trying to beat him up. 'YOU LEAVE MY GRANDDADDY ALONE, BULLY!' sort of thing. But she's a Dulcian, so she can't hit very hard. XD I think after they got over that they'd get along. They both like messing with people, they're both goofy, and they're both pretty easy to get along with. Ro would be really curious about why he uses a cane and she'd be like 'omg did something try to eat your leg'. She's really personal and she just loves people, so.

She would think Russ is so cool and smart. She honestly wouldn't realize that she was making him uncomfortable though. She's an alien and she would say as much if he asked for whatever reason, and as for proof she has a vicious army of man-eating plants in her basement she could show him. XDD I'm pretty sure he would hate her because of how loud and personable she is. She'd apologize when she realized she was making him uncomfortable, but she's kind of like him in that she isn't really good with knowing how other people feel, so.

As for Nemesis... well, I don't really have any ideas for them, but they're distantly related, so.. but Nemesis wouldn't really be too pleased with her, since Rio killed his brother once. xD She'd be pretty easy to manipulate if he ever needed something from her.. like, idk, vicious human-eating plants. XD

She's related to the Illusionist, too. I think she'd also think the Illusionist is boring and would want to make him fun. Like, force him to go to the zoo, force him to go on a roller coaster, I think she would just be pretty obnoxious to him trying to make him have fun. XD

Rowan/ Nomad: That would be a fun thread, Leo would be tickled to know that he has a great grandchild! But man he would be so protective and fun at the same time. I will just have to figure out what incarn of Leo Rowan will be meeting. XD

Rowan/ Mentor: Yeah he would be very BORING... I don't think she would want to meet him..

Rowan/ Chadirra: Hell yes!!! Let's plot for these two!


Rowan/ William: Maybe if he explains what he feels about her grandparents that she will lighten up? Well depending on when she meets him William maybe going through a rare form of cancer. But he would be hiding her from Nate somehow.

Rowan/ Russ: Hmmm maybe we can come up with a plot for these two? He does work for Nate though so he would have to come up with a way to hide her.

Rowan/ Nemesis: ... Um.. unless you want her to become bad.. lol.. uh.. no.

Rowan/ Illusionist: He would be tickled to death to know he is a great great grandfather. We should plot for these two as well.

I can't believe I've only just noticed this! I'm not normally this slow. o.o Anyway;

Dante/Nomad:
I can't see these two getting along well. Dante's under contract to kill Maggie and has already shot her once, so unless there's a miracle I can't see any unicorns and rainbows of happiness here.

Dante/Mentor:
Can't see much happening between these two. She'd probably find him quite boring, or keep him around just to torment now and again. xD

Dante/Ambassador:
I don't see much happening between these two either to be honest. The two seem to be quite the opposites and again, she's just torment the poor sod.

Dante/Silas:
All right, I actually have an idea for these two. xD After Dante appearing now and again on the hunt for Maggie; I can see Silas being warned against her and told to be careful. So what happens when he actually bumps into her? Dante's not interested in him in the slightest, but recognises who he is and could even try to send him home seeing as she doesn't want to be too involved with the family or to have a liability with her. I can imagine him wanting to tag along 'cause he thinks she's 'cool' and ends up getting into all kinds of trouble. xD

Dante/Fourth Doctor:
Quite a way before her natural timeline, but still. There's plans in the works for her to run into two other incarnations of the doctor, so who's to say she can't run into a third? xD I can imagine this one being a bit of a laugh and light-hearted.

Dante/Chadirra:
For some reason, I can imagine Dante scarring the poor girl off. o.o Perhaps not...

Dante/Det. William Roberson:
After she's met earth is quite the unusual fashion, I can see Dante taking a liking to it and setting up a small hub in London for her earth bound exploits, making connection with local crime organisations etc. Since Dante's chasing The Magpie and what with her other activities; I can see her meeting not just him but the entirety of the detective team. Perhaps she even tries to cut a deal with them? Dante and her crew would bring a whole other meaning of the word 'adventure' to the table. We could do a thread a couple of ways here.

Dante/Det. Russ Bradford:
Reid! <3 If he says he doesn't believe in aliens, well, Dante's living, breathing and talking proof that they do exist. If she's involved in some way with the case/detectives then it would be likely that they would meet. She'd probably be quite fascinated by him, though it wouldn't put him above her teasing/taunting/jokes. xD

Dante/Nemesis:
Moriarty! <33 I can see Dante getting into contact with him during her exploits in London and hiring out the use of her and her crew. Dante's lot are a more intelligent bunch than your typical mercenary group, though I can still imagine him being all Moriarty-like. xD She'd probably despise him after a while but still find him entertaining. 

Dante/Colton:
We already have their current thread and the potential sequel. These two are set for a while. ^.^

Dante/Illusionist:
Again with the bad blood. These two are quite different, though a thread would them would be quite humorous with the witty conversation. I doubt there'd be rainbows of sunshine and joy though. :P

Dante/ Silas: Well the hard part is that Maggie is Sila's older sister. So if he happens to get the slightest warning of who she is after, he may come after her.. especially if Maggie is somewhere nearby. He can be a little stubborn so something that needs like a push, he needs a real hard shove. XD But yeah I would be interested what comes out of it. :3


Dante/ William: I can see how her activities will eventually get her caught and the attention of William and the others. Although I am not sure if the other two will join in but hey it's worth a shot right? It depends on if her information on Maggie will lead to the capture of her and Rio as well the team is really interested in capturing him due to his crimes in the past.

Dante/ Russ: Russ also works with Nate so if he happens to get a breath of the information that she has on Maggie or Rio he will more than likely turn around and somehow get the information to Nate. Although I have an interesting plot for these two coming to mind. Russ also has a genius level in smarts so he is very capable of learning how to use the technology she has so something that is impossible to learn for Colton for example, is extremely possible with Russ.

Dante/ Nemesis: You did mention that she had a few connections to criminal connections in Will's part, and well Nemesis under a disguised name of course, runs a good deal of these organizations in London and other parts of the UK so really she could be connected to him. Maybe in a plot with these two she meets him for the first time and realizes just what she got herself into?


And yes Colton and Dante are set for a while since there is a potential sequel to happen. LOL

Dante/Silas:
For some reason, my muse got the idea of him practically stalking her in an almost comical fashion and then Dante getting rather annoyed about it. xD I was thinking perhaps teenage Silas? -shrugs- I can see him running into her on Earth when she's doing business and then stowing away on her ship. xD Yeah, I'd say to just string them along somewhere and see where it goes.

Dante/William:
It's certainly worth a shot! I keep wanting to call him Watson. ;-; Since Maggie supposedly spends a lot of time with Rio before her final confrontation with Dante I'd expect the information Dante has would be of use to the detectives. She wouldn't join in with something unless there was a profit to be made, so perhaps she cuts a deal. She'll feed them information about Maggie and Rio's whereabouts and in return she expects them to leave her alone and delete all files they have on her?

Dante/Russ:
I can see him hearing in on a conversation she's having with Lars where she mentions something about Maggie and Rio and then Russ going and telling Nate. Then there'd be some kind of chase sequence and she's about to get back onto her ship where she is confronted by them and asked for what information she has. Perhaps, maybe not. xD And as for Russ being a genius, I've got this hilarious picture in my mind where he is trying to see how her blaster rifle works and ends up melting Nate's coffee mug. Or fiddling with other pieces of kit and causing some kind of havoc.

Dante/Nemisis:
That sounds plausible. I can see her connected to him and occasionally contracted out to sort out larger problems that require more expertise. She'd be slightly wary of him but fascinated at the same time and I think she'd look up to him a bit. The idea of a first meeting sounds good; perhaps she's contacted whilst on Earth and for some reason I can see their first meeting being like John's first meeting with Mycroft. xD She'll realise what she's getting into, but she won't back away. Dante'll probably see him as an echo of what she could have been had she not been taken on by Kabe and instead by someone with darker intentions. In that essence, she wouldn't be scared just cautious of him. In a way the two are similar, but at the same time they're different. xD Anyway, I'd love a thread with these two. ^.^

Bwahahaha! I can see Mark failing at stalking her without him being noticed. And while she rounds the corner he follows her before getting stopped by her and confronted. Just for her to let him go, he continues following her around until they both board her ship, without Dante noticing him until one of the crew members finds him? XD I can see this as a "Treasure Planet" kind of thread for some reason. xD



Dante/William:
Hmmm, William is a bit too loyal to Nate to go behind his back and cut a deal with Dante for information on Maggie and Rio. But.. maybe they meet during one of his days off and something crazy happens? 


Dante/Russ:
LOL I so totally imagined Russ standing there messing with her vortex manipulator and sending him through some sort of hole that just spits him back into the office from the ceiling or getting it to work after it goes bust or something and her just standing there staring at him like he is an idiot. XD Oh I can see him messing with her other gadgets as well, and questioning her about them. Probably getting a little annoying towards Dante. LOL! Russ creating havoc in the office? That would be hilarious. XD

Dante/Nemisis:
I can imagine it starting off with her hearing about him and looking up to him at first. Then she finally gets to meet him and realizes not only the situation she is in, but also just the kind of Time Lord he is? I'm thinking that well she would be frightened of him as well, maybe warm up to him a bit once he says somethings to her along the lines of he knows of her background and is not going to harm her or report her? And maybe gives her some facts and hints that she can use in the future with her pirating?

Hehe, that would by funny! We should totally run this like Treasure Planet. xD Hmm, Lars would try to act all macho when he found him, Dante'd just be amused at the pair of them. :P

Dante/William:
I'm all for something crazy happening on Will's day off. Perhaps both Dante and him end up investigating some kind of alien activity, or Dante's ship crashes/'lands badly' etc. This could turn out to be quite entertaining.

Dante/Russ:
This *needs* to happen. Dante'd probably find him an annoying 'kid', and probably call him as such. Oh Russ, melting coffee cups and messing with a VM. What on earth would happen if he got a hold of some of her other gadgets? o.o I'm not sure where this should be just them or interspersed with other characters in a bigger thread, do you think?

Dante/Nemesis:
Dante'd probably admire him from afar, for all he has control of on Earth. She wouldn't be frightened, per say, just wary of him and his intentions. She's used to dealing with less than ordinary clients, but he might just creep her out a bit. xD Despite being uneasy around him she could come to warm up to him a bit, especially with a guarantee like that, and the tips would be taken with a pinch of salt. xD Not entirely sure on how to get the two to meet. Ideas?

Right, new character! Meet Evelyn, my planet hopping Indiana Jones impersonator. xD I'm not entirely sure who she'd gel well with, but when she first met Earth (she made a beeline for the planet after falling through a wormhole into what for her is the far past) she ended up doing a short stint with London's finest. After a while, she randomly disappeared off the face of the Earth to greater things, but was listed as a missing person back on Earth. More information is on her plotter/form so let me know if you think anything would work. <3
