Regen 4
Name: The Rebel (Alias: James Dorian [Michael Weatherly], Michael Mullenix [Thomas Dekker]
Age: 300
Gender: Male
Species: Time Lord
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Traveler/ Biker/ Motorcycle shop owner
Physical Description: Regeneration 3: As his third regeneration The Rebel has a bit of scruff on his face, something he considers universal in any time he finds himself in. No one seems to question where a guys from if he’s not COMPLETELY clean shaven. Add to this his messy dark brown hair that lead to his chocolate brown eyes and you have a well chiseled face that seems to make human women drool no matter what time they seem to be from. He has the build of a soldier, lean yet muscular and able to with stand much physically. His clothing choices in this regeneration seem to consist of collared shirts and leather jackets. He repeatedly keeps a pair of dogtags that he acquired while fighting along side a faction he deemed admirable during the second American civil war. Though he won’t admit it to most, the dogtags aren’t his but a buddy of his named James Dorian who he wasn’t able to save even after trying to pass some of the regeneration onto the man.
Regeneration 4: Just like his past regenerations The Rebels fourth tries to keep his hair long and seems to keep with the dark brown almost black color. His face stays slightly scruffy. His consistent chocolate brown eyes are set into a very rebellious and almost cocky looking face that is even made looking more so by the mischievous smile that plays continuously about his lips. His build is a bit like a football (soccer) players, lean and his muscles are longer and slimmer. The Dogtags are gone, having lost them while being dragged off the field at the second battle of Manassas (bull run) during the Americans first civil war. However his love for leather jackets have only increased due to his new found love for Motorcycles, which just seems to fuel fire to his bad boy persona.
Personality: Regeneration 3: He’s a bit cocky, theres no other way to put it. Yet no one except maybe those who end up close to him (which always seems to die) that it’s all a façade that hides the pain that seems to haunt him constantly. He seems to think that he deserves to serve penance for something but no one is allowed to know what. Many women who he’s been with have not only fell for his enduring charm and his good looks but also for the fact they want to know why his eyes are always so sad.
When you actually are able to slip past his cocky domineer and get to know the true Rebel you will meet someone who is very passionate and caring. He is someone who would put himself on the line for anyone and has, on many occasions been willing to throw himself into a fight to stop other from dying.
Regeneration 4: In his Forth Regeneration the Rebel is a bit more relaxed, almost passive. However he still has the inner pain, guilt and agony that seem to slip behind his eyes all to often. Still fighting in different struggles that he seems to come across, the Rebel tries to now figure out a way to help everyone in the situation, rather than full on throw himself into war. However that does not mean that if no solution is figured out that he won’t fight till he cannot. On one occasion during the battle of Dark Tundra in Antarctica during the Terra Nova secession he tried to bring a truce between the two sides. When all the men in his group that approached the enemy under a white flag were killed he launched an explosive that nearly whipped out the entire middle of the enemy force.
Outside of this The Rebel still has his weak side. He can be very loving, caring and understanding, though this side seems to resonate more then in the past, due to the fact that time on earth has made him realize that there is a chance that his past lover and almost future wife Reneea who had been in his fighting group on Gallifrey, possibly did not die hating him as he ran from the slaughter.
History: The Rebels History is a dark one of personal pain and hatred. It started during the Final Time War and the realization of Rassilons decision on creating the Final Sanction. This became a crisis to some Time Lords, including The Rebel and his love Reneea. The two joined a resistance force that started to fight the Time Lord Government and try to restore the Time Lords to they’re former lives as protectors of time and space instead of warriors. However when success seemed all but certain Rebel and Renneea were sent with a force to kill Rassilon but instead were ambushed by traitors and killed mercilessly. Only because the Reneea Sacrificing herself so that Rebel could run did he survive. He was able to steal a TARDIS by killing its Pro Rassilon crew and hijacking it telepathic sensors. He escaped to earth and started jumping from time to time to trying to escape any pursuit that might be coming. After fighting off two time lord pursuers in World War 2 Poland and dying in a needless attempt to fight in the battle of Normandy, The Rebel tried to keep his head down. Unfortunately however this did not last long.
After a ten years of hiding as a government agent The Rebel started to become haunted by his past even more. He started to travel to different times in American and Earth history, fighting in different Revolutions, Civil wars and resistances that he seems to deem as for good or the greater good. This has gone on for near around two hundred and fifty years. Only being interrupted by his death in The second Battle of Bull Run.
Addition Medical Information: Normal Time Lord Anatomy
RP Sample: The Rebel looked across the battle field, cannons falling into the ground and sending sound of impact and dirt flying everywhere. He knew what was coming, knew that soon him and those in the Stonewall Brigade would be sent across that field to tear into the Yankee lines. It would be easy, they had done it before, yet this time….something felt different.
“Ready!!” He could hear the echoing call of General Jackson preparing his men for the attack. He would want them to be fierce and strong. He had read a lot of reports before coming to the civil war. He had found that Stonewall was the most honorable out of all those who fought in the war and felt that if he could, he might actually be able to save the man. The battle he fell in would be soon after this one, all The Rebel would have to do is survive this one and it would all end well.
“FIX BAYONTES!!!” He pulled the sharp fixed blade out of his pack and attached it rightly to his gun before placing it back against his left shoulder. It always seemed to be more a of a build up after this. Everyone around him would be praying to they’re God ready for death. He had seen the look in every war he had ever fought in. This was the common place for humanity, they all had an end, they all died. If he fell here, he would regenerate and end up doing something else as someone else. It was the lot of a time lords life. Unlike most though, every time he regenerated he still had a bit of a burden to carry….death was always with him.
“ADVANCE!” Rebel moved as if he were one with his regiment around him. They moved quickly, trying to get to the right range so they could mow down they’re enemies. Yet something didn’t feel right, in actuality something felt very wrong. Rebel turned this way and that, trying to pin point what was causing him to actually start to feel panic. Something was very wrong, something wasn’t going to be quit right.
It was only a second when he saw the eruption of smoke, blood and dirt twenty feet to his left. The line has just taken a hit. Things were unraveling but it wasn’t that that was causing him to panic though….no…it was what happened next. The searing pain in his chest, the blood that he could feel coming from his chest, the spiraling feeling that seemed to come over him as the white hot pain tore through his body until he collapsed to the ground. He had been taken down by a sharp shooters bullet, his body would be collected later and the blast of energy from his regeneration would be marked up as a cannon ball hitting a vain of gas. And the boy that was found later, wearing a torn up Confederates uniform but looking unharmed would be deemed a lucky bastard. No one would ever know…..
