Original
Name: Queen Titania
Age: 121
Gender: Female (physically sexless)
Species: Android faerie; an artificial humanoid designed to resemble a mythical being from Earth folklore. Equipped with the most advanced computer-brain her creators could devise, a skin that protects her inner workings from the environment, the ability to charge her batteries by eating or drinking (along with a standard power port hidden in her right arm), and even simulated breathing, she's able to pass for biological under most circumstances. She has a built-in translator.
Planet of Origin: Faerie's Circle; an amusement-park planet created by the Bronoe family, a wealthy clan of roboticists known for their unique and advanced method of creating AI, which they kept secret their whole lives, as well as their love of old Earth mythology. The entire planet, originally completely barren, was terraformed and converted into an artificial fantasy realm- plants, animals, and people of all shapes and sizes were created by the Bronoes and formed a tightly-knit, well-controlled world that seemed real, and had many different environments, but was entirely engineered to serve the function of an amusement park, and please the guests. The planet was designed so that it would run on its own indefinitely even with no human caretakers, and it even participated in the galactic economy just as planets run by biologicals did, supplementing the income it earned from admissions.
Occupation: On the surface, Titania was Queen of Faerie's Circle, and fulfilled the functions of a ruler. Behind the scenes, she served as the auxiliary core computer for the park, assisting silently with the coordination of all aspects of the planet's operations.
Physical Description: Titania outwardly resembles a human female, in her 40s at the most, apart from her pointed ears. She's taller than most, befitting her status. Her hair is long, wavy, and golden-hued, her skin is pale and unmarked, and she has deep blue eyes. She always wears a white, hooded traveling cloak over a white dress, with a gold tiara, and usually walks barefoot. She stands and moves with the ethereal grace and poise of a faerie queen.
She started wearing a different outfit after meeting the Ninth Doctor: a mostly-white dress that was pale green on the inside, as were the sleeves. It also was longer behind than in front, making it somewhat easier to move around in. She also wore a white cape that bore slight resemblance to a pair of wings, held together with a flower-shaped pin, as well as white stockings and a pair of slim white boots.

Personality: As the most advanced creation of the Bronoe family, Titania's systems are capable of generating real emotion, rather than simply the expressions of it. Despite the loss of her realm, she continues to act as a noble, good queen should. She is kind and gentle to all who do right (and especially so to children, considering her origin), but stern towards those who do wrong. She loves nature, though she's not used to natural nature as opposed to the artificial environments of Faerie's Circle; she also enjoys music, dancing, and the occasional bit of mischief. She's very curious about the unfamiliar outside world, a place where she has no wireless connection to the planet, and no means of predicting the course of nature. While she dislikes many things that seem to her to be discordant or un-peaceful, there's not much that she particularly fears- except perhaps her own death, which as far as she's aware would eliminate all knowledge of the inhabitants of Faerie's Circle. She desires to make people happy however she can, as well as to, if possible, rebuild her kingdom. She treats everyone she meets with respect, no matter their background, since all were welcome at Faerie's Circle.
History: When the Bronoe family realized that their dream of a fairy-tale amusement park planet was about to come to fruition, they also knew that there wouldn't necessarily always be humans around to watch over it. They knew that to keep the park running into the future, they needed to create their most complex and humanlike AI yet- and what better form for that android to take than that of Titania, the Faerie Queen? Thus it was that Titania was made, the Bronoe's greatest achievement, who was introduced to the world at the opening of Faerie's Circle.
Just as they'd hoped, Titania continued to rule the planet after the end of the Bronoe line; she organized festivals, met with emissaries from other planets (and managed to earn their respect, despite the fact that she was an android), and behind the scenes, coordinated updates to the amusement park to keep the fantasy experience fresh. It seemed to be working well for over a hundred years under Titania's wise command... but then suddenly, Faerie's Circle was cut off. An anti-AI sentiment was starting to grow in nearby space due to some unfortunate accidents involving androids; though Faerie's Circle had nothing to do with it, people stopped visiting the planet, and trade agreements were cancelled. The respect Titania had cultivated disappeared as people began to view the androids as mere machines. Eventually, the planet went bankrupt, and its creditors swarmed the place looking to seize the property- with Titania no longer viewed as a rightful ruler, the rights reverted to humans. Most of the park wound up scrapped for parts- but Titania managed to escape, stowed away on one of the ships.
Now a queen in exile, Titania has lost her home, her people, her status, and large chunks of her memory that were stored on the main core computer at the time it was shut off for good... but she hasn't lost her hope. She longs to rebuild her land, or at the very least find a new role for herself; and she also remembers the mystery that the Bronoes built into the park, one that nobody, human or android, had been able to solve for over a hundred years: the identity of the "Unseen Tale", a mythical figure not represented by an android, that they said would become a great hero to the realm...
Addition Medical Information: As an android, Titania doesn't exactly have any "medical" information, but she does occasionally require maintenance from a friendly mechanic. She knows how to repair some, though not all, of her systems, so can advise people on what to do.

Titania strode the aisles, looking around at the various objects on display. It was clear to Titania that this was a marketplace of some kind- a "department store", it seemed to be called. It was quite large, with sections devoted to pretty much any kind of item you could imagine. She stood out even more than usual here, as most of the inhabitants were six-limbed, furred beings- their body plans reminded Titania much of the centaurs of her home planet. Turning a corner into the toy department, she came across a curious sight- one of the store's assistance robots, hanging off a ceiling rail, was in front of someone who, from his size, Titania presumed was a child of the local species- and a crying child at that.
"I need my mother! Where'd she go?!" the child cried.
"Cannot locate 'mother' based on these parameters. Please be more specific," the robot answered. Clearly, however, the child was too distraught to give any more details, and the robot was too... well, robotic to be of any actual help. Titania knew that she needed to step in.
"Please leave," she said to the robot firmly. "You are only distressing this child further." Obediently, the machine zipped off down the rail; Titania moved in front of the child, stooping down to meet his eyes with her own.
"Do not be afraid," she said to him kindly. "When I look at you... I can tell that you're strong. You could be a hero someday, you know... Can you show me that strength, and then show it to your mother? Because we will find her, together," she added. She offered a hand to the child, who wiped tears from his eyes and placed his paw in her hand. She quickly scanned each visitor she saw, gauging their resemblance to the lost child. This quest was as important as any she'd undertaken as queen... the quest to bring happiness to a child.
