Doctor Who on Voyager!

Okay so this is a plot in the making.
I got three ideas for it but the main one is Ashley Sloan finds her way onto The Voyager. Anyway I have ran into a bit of a bump which is how to get Voyager from Federation universe to Doctor Who universe. I have three ideas and would like to run them past anyone who wants to join.
1. Voyager flies through a crack in the Universe and the crew finds themselves in the Whoniverse.
2. Voyager doesn't actually move and the entire thread takes place in the Holodeck. Due to an anomaly in said Holodeck the characters from the Whoneverse are sucked into the Holodeck. (Weak plot I know, it needs work.)
3. The Q moves Voyager to the Whoniverse as a game for his amusement.
Character choice: I don't really care if you play your own character or one of Voyager crew.
If you choose to play a Voyager crew though you'll have to apply for them, I work on a first come first served policy generally.

Applications basically mean send me a PM or post to this thread two things, the name of the character you want and a sample post in character.
Please note: Not sure whether this has been done before or not here (or if it's allowed), but when I say you are being these characters I do mean it in a literal sense. Therefore I am going to allow those of you with multiple characters to play as many as you want on the thread. However please do note that you can only apply for ONE Voyager crew member.
