Fear, unimaginable fear! The feeling courses through Sarah Jones' veins mixing with the unquestionable anger and hatred. The mixture serves to heighten her speed as she runs down a narrow alleyway fleeing the battered blue tin can with a gun screeching at her to halt. The creature was a Dalek, or as Sarah likes to call it 'A tin can of death that should be wiped from existence,' but Dalek is shorter.
Her heart races ahead as her legs pump below her sending her careening around a corner nearly running into a man. She screeches "RUN BLOKE RUN DEATH IS FOLLOWING ME!" She hears him scoff at her calling her insane. She flinches as she hears the unmistakable sound of the Blue Dalek's weapon discharge and the following scream of the man dying. "Not so insane now am I?" She continues to run faster nearly running into multiple people always screaming for them to flee. "DALEKS ARE INVADING AGAIN! IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN!!" She feels fear as her body begins to slow as her agility runs lower and her fear stiffens her joints. With a snarl she pushes herself around a corner only to find herself staring right down the eyestalk of the battered blue Dalek.
"SUR-REN-DER HU-MAN FE-MALE!!"
Her hands fly up and she pants out "I surrender please don't kill me."
"THE HU-MAN FE-MALE WILL FOL-LOW!!"
She nods her head numbly and with allows the Dalek to shove her forward hoping she would survive the night.
A mechanical voice cried through the darkness, the sound of electricity filled the chamber, the sounds of chains rattling as the subject slumped forward, it was a woman. She panted hard, spitting upon the ground, her mouth full of blood. Her back and chest were littered with open wounds. She growled, her eyes glowing golden in rage. "You rust buckets are gonna regret EVER screwing with me!" She had already destroyed two elite Daleks, the domes thrown against the walls, the creatures inside sliced in two.
The woman was.......not human. She was a half demon her species were long since dead. She was the last of her kind. The Daleks were called off, letting her rest for a bit. She in the mean time, slumped against the chains, the dungon she was kept in was cold, dank, and smelt of excrements.
Sarah feels dizzy as the glow around her ends. She looks around in terror at the appearance of the ship surrounding her. She trembles as she is brought towards the cells and is surrounded by other Daleks. This was not going as planned, she is terrified and this did not help. "Oh man I am dead." The blue Dalek answers in its bone chilling mechanical voice.
"YOU WILL NOT BE EX-TER-MIN-ATED HU-MAN FE-MALE!! YOU ARE TO BE TES-TED FOR COM-PAT-ABILITY OF CONVER-SION TO DA-LEK!!"
She felt no comfort at the Daleks' words she feels her heart begin to race and a terrified scream escapes her lips. "HELP!!" She feels a sharp jab at her side as the blue Dalek screeches at her to be silent. She falls silent and allows herself to be led past a cell and into one across from another with a women in it. She is chained to the wall and slumps there feeling a sense of sharp hopelessness and she whimpers in fear.
The Dalek's cold uncaring eyestalk stares at her and it speaks again adding to her sense of fear and hopelessness. "YOU WILL BE TES-TED FOR CON-VER-SION IN TWO HOURS!! PRE-PARE YOUR-SELF FOR THE TEST!!"
In response to the creatures words she looks at the Dalek and whimpers in fear. "Please" she begins to beg "please just let me go." Her normally brave and strong but curious voice is full of pain and her hopeless resignation.
As she expects the Dalek answers in cruel uncaring words. "YOU CAN-NOT ES-CAPE, YOU WILL BE TES-TED." Then it turns and hovers leaving her slumped in her chain and crying.
"I'm going to die. I was living on borrowed time, I should have known they would catch me eventually." She shudders and hangs her head in defeat.
The woman in the cell across from the unknown woman opened her eyes. "If you think that sweet cheeks, then the rust buckets have already won." Sharp golden eyes stared through the darkmess, towards the woman. She spit again, feeling blood in her mouth. The two eliete Daleks scattered in front of her. There was an American accent when she spoke. a slight southern drawl. Her shirt was ripped and torn from the torhure she had endured for the last four hours. Her long hair hung loose and down her back.
"If you think that sweet cheeks, then the rust buckets have already won."
Sarah's head snaps up at the woman's voice and she snaps at the woman. "They have won! I am here, under their power. He died for nothing, bought me a few more years and now what should have happened that night will happen. I'm gonna die and there is nothing I can do about it." She feels more tears streak her cheek. She turns her head trying to escape the sight of the golden eyes as her hopeless feeling consumes her. "Daleks, I wish they were extinct. I wish they did not exist. I hope they are destroyed." She tries weakly to pull at her chains.
Suddenly her head snaps up and she looks at the woman. "Why are you here anyway? What did you do to attract their attention? You are obviously not human." She tilts her head and looks at the woman. For some reason now she considered the woman's words a new sense of hope enters her heart and she takes comfort in the fact she is not alone. "Are you saying there is a chance we can get out of here?"
"Of course we can get out of here sweet cheeks, watch and learn." The woman growled low, tensing her muscles and yanked on the chains, ripping them clean from the wall, slumping forward a bit, panting. The last four hours was taking its tole on her body. She slowly stood, the chains rattling a bit before she sliced through them with her claws. Her eyes glowed in the darkness.
Sarah hears the crash and trembles. What is this person who can cause such damage? Her racing heart gains more speed and she begins to draw breath in sharp short bursts. She feels her sweat run cold in a mirror of her own blood. She shudders and tries to calm her heart before she sends herself into a fit of hyperventilation. "Wh-What are you?" She shivers and looks toward the door separating them from each other. "You never answered my question, why are you here?"
The young woman flexed her fingers a bit, standing slowly. She rolled her shoulders and rolled her neck, both popping. Her joints groaning a bit. "Ohh thats better, much better. To answer your first question sweet cheeks, I've been on the Dalek's radar for a good few years, had a few run ins with the rust buckets before, killed about thirty of them. That blue one, the scar on its dome, was caused by yours truely." She smirked, fangs showing. "To answer your second question, I, am a half demon." She bowed dramaticly, before rising up, moving to the cell door, running her hand over the bars. "Dalekanium, hardest substance in the world."
Sarah shudders and looks a bit more wary. "Y-Your not human?" She trembles and cringes away. "Please don't hurt me! I don't mean you harm!" She yanks back and tries frantically to get herself loose. Her eyes are wild as she struggles. She pales to a deathly pale and she hears her heartbeat begin to race.
The Blue Dalek moves into the bridge. "MOVE OUT OF EARTH'S OR-BIT!! THEN MOVE TO-WARD THE MAIN WAR-SHIP!! THE TWO FE-MALES ARE TO BE CON-VER-TED!!" The Dalek then turns it's eyestalk to the navigator Dalek. "EN-GAGE!!"
Sarah feels the ship jolt and swears. She begins to struggle even more frantically and yank at her bonds. "No. no, no!! There is something wrong!"
The young woman looked over to the other in the cell across from her. "Take it easy sweet cheeks, Im not going to hurt you. For one, I cant even reach you." She rolled her eyes. She felt the ship take off and growled, "Oh hell no!" She slashed the bars, they falling away like nothing. She found her duster and sword, putting both back on, wincing a bit as the cold leather hit her open wounds.
She put the sword across her back, looking to the other woman. "Do you want me to release you?"
Sarah stares at the woman in pure terror as she rips the door apart, well at least in her mind she does. She watches as the woman grabs a large jacket and what appears to be a scary looking sword. She hears the woman ask her a question and her heart kicks into overdrive as she considers the question. Did she want to be saved by this obviously superior woman. The woman is clearly a better fighter, though seriously there are some small children who could beat the living daylights out of her, and now she is armed! However she also considers the alternative and quickly decides taking her chances with this other woman is a whole lot better than taking her chances with the Daleks. This woman is obviously an enemy of the Daleks and after all the enemy of her enemy is her friend right?
"Yes please can you get me out of here?" She looks at the woman warily. She is going to let her help her but that doesn't mean she is going to trust the woman automatically as well. She waits somewhat impatiently as she walks to the length of her chains in an effort to see the woman better.
The young woman slashed the bars, they falling away like the ones in her cell. She stepped into the cell, moving over to the woman. She now dawned a black duster and sword. "Name's Angel sweet cheeks, mind me askin yours?"
Sarah looks at the woman named Angel and dips her head in thanks. "Thank you miss Angel for helping me. My name is Sarah Jones." She stepped forward as far as her own bonds allowed her. "Please help me escape. I know what they are going to do to me, I'd rather die. These creatures...they are evil." She was carefully hiding her past from this woman, she didn't need to know. She felt her empty scabbard on her arm and wished for her dagger.
