Physical Description: she has long wild hair that she often dyes different colors for fun. she has blue eyes. She is slightly curvy with Pale skin in this incaranation. She is tall about 5,6" and wears bright colored clothes unlike her daughter Mica. She often wears dresses and rarely wears pants. She has a noticeable scar on her right shoulder that she tries to cover up. If you ask her about it she will deny that it is there. She will often find that she always smiles even in a bad situation and wears a red Tiger Lilly in her hair at all times.
Personality: She is where Mica gets her Mischievous nature and hotheadedness and hotheaded temper. She stopped being mischievous after Mica was born but will often get on her daughters case about her attitude. She loves Mica very much but does not express it well which causes Mica's dislike for her. Even though her mischievousness has since faded she still holds onto her hot temper. Her husband in the past used to describe her as a "beautiful and sexy woman with the Temper of a Dragon". More that once she has caused a very good number of messes because she has lost her temper and started a possible conflict. As stated before she and her daughter have a very rocky relationship. While she does love Mica the feeling is not the same for her daughter. She often tries to make friends with her but ends up saying the wrong things and making everything worse. After her husbands death she develops signs of Paranoia and often worries for Mica and her friends due to her daughters past experiences with loses. She adores children and will often try to befriend them possibly to make up for not being around for Mica when she was younger.
History: Born on Gallifrey and attended the Academy where like the Doctor became board and set out for earth in her TARDIS to go on adventures. While living on Earth she received word that Gallifrey had been destroyed. Heartbroken she traveled around Earths timestream for 20 years until landing 2 years before one of Earths Cyber Wars in 2015 where she met her future husband Malcom Harllow. After two years of meetings and often traveling with Malcom she falls in love with him and finds out a few days before Malcom supposed death she finds out that she is pregnant. Malcom was suposed to be the first to die on a British Military base during the war. She saves him and travels 50 years in the future where they marry and have a daughter named Mica Harllow who would later be known as Mica Foster.Due to her screw up in time she was often traveling in her Tardis trying to fix her messes leaving her daughter and husband for long periods of time. When she was home she often read Mica stories about the Doctor. After years of avoiding what needed to be done she went with her husbands wishes and took him back to the year 2015 to die on the base. Only she miscalsulated one thing and that was that Mica would run after her father and would regenerate after being shot by a Cyberman. She would often beg Mica to stop trying to be adventurous and live a normal life. Her please fell on Deaf ears when Mica fell in love with her first love Dean so she bribed Mica with her TARDIS in exchange for breaking up with Dean and giving normal life a chance. She become angry when she finds out her daughter not only took the Tardis but stayed with Dean but was also pregnant but she reluctantly agrees to let them marry. Through out the years after her daughters marriage her family is struck by tragedy again with the death of her granddaughter and the Transformation of Dean into the TARDIS. After that she constantly followed Mica on her wild and crazy adventures in her daughters Third regeneration trying to talk her out of things. She finally has enough and laces her daughter's drink with coconut water and caused her to regenerate into her current form. To this day her and her daughter have a "love hate" relationship.
