Name: Lucie Miller
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Planet of Origin: Earth
Occupation: Traveller
Physical Description: Lucie stands at about 5 foot 1 inch with a rather slim build with some curves. She has blue eyes that look almost grey and blonde (naturally dark brown) hair that goes down to around her shoulders.
Lucie's fashion sense consists of high street garb with shirts, jeans, t-shirts, jackets, tights and other such items being the flavour of the day.
Personality: Lucie is a strong willed Northern lass. She had a temper and didn't take anybodies nonsense, not even the Doctor's. She initally didn't like Doctor but grew to love him, considering him her best mate. She had a sharp tongue, a good sense of humour and was rather intelligent with a good bit of common sense, although she was quick to snap. She had a morbid fear of crocodiles and her favourite musicians included the Scissor Sisters, Pink, the Sugababes, Gnarls Barkley, Lily Allen, Gorillaz, Goldfrapp, OutKast and the Killers. She acted as the Doctor's moral compass and stood by her moral believes leaving the Doctor after finding out he was lying to her (although she later came back). She was very brave, giving he life to stop the Daleks.
History: One day just after Charley Pollard left the Doctor found a 19 year old girl in the TARDIS. Her name was Lucie Miller and she found herself an unwilling passanger on the TARDIS after being placed in a Time Lord witness protection on her way to her first day in an office job for seeing something important although she didn't know what. The Doctor tried to take her back home but things didn't go as plan and she stayed with him on his travels.
Lucie went on many travels with the Doctor including meeting her 'Auntie Pat' as the drummer of a band in 1974.
After some time with the Doctor the truth was revealed; the Time Lords learned that the Celestial Intervention Agency had been tracking a woman who would become a dictator in Europe, and wished to alter her past to prevent this. When Lucie applied for a job which was part of another CIA plot, the primary faction of Time Lords placed her with the Doctor to protect her from the effects of multiple exposure to CIA plots. In reality, a woman named Karen Coltraine, who had been interviewed on the same day as Lucie, was the actual future dictator. The Time Lords had either been tricked by the CIA or had made a mistake.
She went on more travels including finding a town filled with Autons, being possesed by an old crocodile spirit in the world of Sobek, and stopping Karen and the Headhunter from destroying a pocket universe.
She later met her Auntie Pat again in 1984, married to a man called Trevor who turned out to be a Zygon.
When the Doctor fell from a balcony she thought him dead. The Time Lords returned Lucie to Blackpool. Some time later Lucie was confronted at her home in the middle of the night by an armed Headhunter. The Headhunter apducted her and took her to the planet Orbis in the Doctor's TARDIS. Shortly after defeating the Headhunter, she resumed her travels with the Doctor in the TARDIS.
Some time after, Lucie and the Doctor helped to save the universe from an invasion of the Eight Legs in 2015. Lucie asked the Doctor to take her home to spend Christmas in Blackpool in 2009. She found out the truth about her Auntie Pat being a Zygon. Learning that the Doctor had purposefully deceived her, made Lucie decline the Doctor's offer to continue travelling with him.
Lucie later travelled with the Monk after responding to an advert he placed in 2010 for a companion.
Lucie initially found her travels with the Monk "fun". She met Caligula and the Sensorites, and watched a final of Thordon's Got Talent. After that, they crash landed in medieval Ireland — in Lucie's words, the Monk's "directional whatsit was up the spout" — hanging around in the Abbey of Kells until the Monk could finish repairs.
She encountered the Doctor's companion Tamsin Drew at the Abbey of Kells in 1006, but did not meet the Doctor face to face. He, in turn, had no idea who she was, as she was disguised as a monk under the name Lucianus at the time.
After Kells, Lucie and the Monk went to the planet Questus, where the Monk had travelled back in time kill the parents of a dictator in an avalanche to prevent the dictator's birth. At this point, after being dragged out of the avalanche, she tired of the Monk's meddling, telling him, "I don't wanna hang around with a murderer, 'cause even if wanna try and avoid wars and stuff, I mean, it's not worth it if you have to kill people." After this, the Monk "dumped" her on Deimos Moonbase in the 23rd century.
The Doctor resuced Lucie and they went on an adventure involving the Ice Warriors and the Monk. Uncertain of continuing to travel with him again, she accepted the Doctor's offer of another Christmas with him to make up for the one which he had ruined for her. The Doctor took Lucie to the TARDIS, where they had Christmas dinner with the Doctor's family: Alex and Susan Campbell. After this, Lucie went to travel 22nd century Earth with Alex, the Doctor's great-grandson.
Lucie sent a distress message to the Doctor for help with a Dalek invasion of Earth. She lost her sight in one eye and much of the use of her legs from the plague the Daleks used to limit opposition on Earth at the start of the invasion. Lucie died after she flew a Dalek Saucer under the Dalek stronghold and detonated a bomb to stop the invasion, creating a time warp that sucked the Daleks in. Her death, along with Alex, greatly affected the Doctor.

RP Sample: Lucie sighed walking through the TARDIS corridors looking for her room. The Doctor was being a bit of a patronising git, fixing the TARDIS' something or another a spouting techno-babel. When she told him that she wasn't sure what he was on about he began talking to her like she was five.
Sometimes she wasn't sure why she travelled with him in his shed. He could really get on her nerves sometimes but then again he showed her amazing places and he really was her best mate. Her alien, world-saving best mate.
She found herself in the library and decided to look through the books. She found some book on the complete history of an alien planet whose name she couldn't pronounce. She then found a book on extreme sports and shoved it back. It reminded her of her bloody ex. She then found a book she had read in her childhood and decided to have a quick flick through it, before she heard the Doctor going on about some alien planet with fine cuisine. She rolled her eyes and got up deciding to go with him and see what exactly he was on about.
Bloody alien git. Why were they mates again... oh yeah, right.
