Physical Description:
His 1st incarnation is a tall and well fit man with a black leather jacket. He sort of has slicked back hair and it is a brownish color and a hint of grey. He has dark brown eyes and he carries an American accent and his voice is a rather dark and suspenseful. He also has little side burns on the side of his head. Not too mention a vain seems to pop out of his head for some strange reason.
His 2nd incarnation is still rather tall but more skinnier. He had bright blue eyes with blackish grey hair. His hair is a little more longer and very curly. He has a five o clock shadow which is black also with a grey color. Also not to mention he is a little more wrinkled and he wears a grey suit with a blue button up shirt and a tye dyed colored tie with a long black coat with a black fedora.
Personality:
His 1st incarnation has quite a serious personality. He has a dry sense of humor he is more of a get stuff done guy then a funny guy. He likes to show more action then give explanations and talk. One thing he hates is kiwis because he think's they are too hairy and way too sour for his delight. He however loves pineapple no matter where he goes he has to have one bowl of pineapple.
His 2nd incarnation however is more witty with humor and sarcasm. He does tend to get grouchy on some days but he tends to smile more then his previous self did. He has a british accent his one main dislike is watermelon bubble gum he can't stand the smell of it at all. He absolutely loves loves loves Pickles but he only prefers dill pickles however. He carries a cane around because in his point of view it is just something to hold.
History:
The Cable guy was born on Gallifrey and like every gallifreyan child he was sent to the academy. Growing up he had a Knack for reparing electronics and other items. He was a rather quiet child and did not interact much with any of the other children of gallifrey. He discovered time travel when he was only 15 years old of age he thought it was the most beautifulest thing he has ever seen.He grew up watching the time war slowly rolling in and found it unfair and awful so finally after he graduated and was an adult he escaped the time war in a TARDIS landing on earth...he claimed the name of The Cable Guy because of his talent.

The sound of an engine was heard in the atmosphere of London a kind of engine that sounded nothing like a vehicle. A red british phone booth slowly materialized in the park slowly outcame a man with a well fit body and tall. He is wearing a black leather jacket and black shirt with black jeans and black dress shoes. He looked around and nodded "Not bad...not bad at all" he says. He stepped out closing the door and locking it then proceeding to walk around the park viewing the place.
Looking around he saw children with their parents running around and playing he just nodded sighing a bit. As he walked on he thought of the gallifreyan children and their parents before the war. He stopped looking back at the family once then looking on forward and walking slowly. He sat down in front of a pond gazing at his own reflection then looking at the birds in the sky flying to the trees and on ward in the sky. He could not help but think of his home as he saw these things.
