Sedna had no idea where she was, she had no idea who the fairies were or what they wanted with her and Ace, and she had no idea when she got moved it had happened so fast. Heck now she thought about it she had no idea how long her and Ace had been wherever it was they were. All she knew was that she had to get back to her friend, Ace was vulnerable and now she was alone. That was enough to get Sedna back into the mindset of a soldier.

“Look I don’t know who you think you are or why you are doing this. All I know is that you have me and my friend captive and I want you to return her to me, alive and unharmed, and I want you to return us to our world alive and unharmed. Otherwise I’ll kill all of you.” That got the fairies hissing and the lead one spoke.

“Subject seems irritated and yet still loyal to its partner. Further studies will be conducted.” Sedna paled in both anger and fear. Whatever was going on was not good at all and it seemed it was about to get much, much worse.

Ace turned in a slow circle surveying the room she was in and caught, out of the corner of her eye and aimed her blaster at it “Oi! Who are you and where is Sedna.” The fairy or whatever it was started to say something and Ace waved her hand trying to stop him “No, no use mate…” she pointed to her ears with the hand not holding her blaster “Can’t hear you.”

The fairy started to head towards her and Ace fired off a warning shot next to him “Don’t!” he ignored the warning shot and charged her.

Sedna desperately tried to get back to her friend charging fairies to do so. All this effort earned her however was a beat back from her enemies and an angry scratch mark from one of the fairies. With a glare she stared at the one who had scratched her and hissed. This was not over but she would let them think they had won. Maybe then they’d take her to Ace and then the two of them could escape the cursed place they had found themselves in. It was only then she realized something, the music had stopped.

When Ace saw the fairy was not stopping as it charged her she dropped low charging him/her herself “RAHH!” Ace purposely caught the fairy around the waist and using the fairies momentum she slung them over her shoulders in an attempt to slam them backwards onto the ground.

I would have worked to if the fairy hadn’t of vanished leaving Ace to fall onto her own back with the fairy looking over her. Ace winced a little as the fairy roared in her face, not because the noise hurt her ears as she was still dealing with the ringing from where she had Sedna bust her eardrums but from the fairies breath, waving her hand in front of her face Ace coughed a little “Oi, mate you ever heard of a tic tac cause your breath is well bad.”

“RAHH!”

Sedna’s ears perked when she heard the scream. A very scary scream too, like the rage built up over centuries being unleashed with the force of a thousand worries. She wasn’t the only one who had heard it too, the fairies guarding her were also distracted and she took that moment to flee. There were battles you fought, and there were battles you fled, right now it was one she fled.

Fleeing through the halls like a bat out of hell she tried to pinpoint where the sound had come from. Hearing what could only be another roar she turned towards it and darted past shocked fairies and human’s alike. Gathering her wits, and not a few blows, she charged into the room and spotted Ace facing off with another group of fairies. “Oi! Tinkerbell! Why don’t you pick on someone your own size?” That did it. All the fairies turned to her incredulously. Only now she had a new problem, she had no weapon. “Er…Parley?”

“Oi! Tinkerbell! Why don’t you pick on someone your own size?” Ace moved her head to see where the creature she’d been scraping with was looking “Sedna!”

“Er…Parley?” her hearing was starting to come back some but she was sure she miss heard that, softly “Ha!” Ace placed her foot on the creatures stomach while he was looking away and pushed him away from her before placing her hands beside her and flipping herself up to standing.

Holding up her hands a little “We don’t want no trouble we just wanna go home.”

“Sedna!”

Sedna nodded her head briefly in acknowledgment of Ace calling her name. “The one and only.” She glared angrily at the fairies. “Now you lot leave us alone!”

“Ha!”

She smirked at Ace’s move and the smirk grew as she saw the other Time Lady get back to her feet. “Leave us alone and let us go. We are not a threat to you unless you make us one.” Her arms crossed in front of her chest as she glared down at the fairies. “So you willing to talk or do we have to de-wing a few of you?” She really hoped the creatures chose to speak.

“We don’t want no trouble we just wanna go home.”

The fairy leader glared at the two women and bared sharp teeth at them. “You two will cease resistance and remain here. You are our prisoners.” It talked alright but Sedna didn’t like it’s words.

“You two will cease resistance and remain here. You are our prisoners.” Ace smirked a little and looked at Sedna, “You know Sedna, it’s been a while since I’ve had to fight my way out of a place.” she really, really didn’t want to have to do that but, it was looking like these creatures where gonna give them no other option.

She pulled the power pack on her blaster and checked the charge, not much left, she had better make it count “I’ve taken out a Dalek with a baseball bat when I was 16 I’m sure between Sedna and me we can make sure you sorely regret your previous statement.”

“You know Sedna, it’s been a while since I’ve had to fight my way out of a place.”

Sedna looked at her partner partly amused and partly shocked that she’d said that. “Sadly it hasn’t been too long for me. Never does get old though, the adrenalin rush is nothing else.” Raising her weapon she glared at the fairies. “Shall we show them how to dance the dance of death Ace?” She grinned at her partner contemplating the upcoming fight.

“I’ve taken out a Dalek with a baseball bat when I was 16 I’m sure between Sedna and me we can make sure you sorely regret your previous statement.”

The faerie leader just stared at the women in stunned silence. They were outnumbered, did they really think they could have a chance at victory? “Just surrender and we’ll make your deaths pleasurable.” He really hoped they’d give in he hated damaging his livestock.

“Just surrender and we’ll make your deaths pleasurable.” Ace looked at Sedna and nodded her head towards the faerie leader as if to say ‘is this guy for real.’

“Fat chance sun shine.” at that Ace pulled out her blaster and started to fire at the faeries near by her.
