Energetic:Just like his father, Mark is very energetic. He is constantly on the move. Except for when he is feeling a bit down. He is constantly exploring and tinkering with things. Even getting his big sisters Vortex Manipulator to work when she was not able to.
Rebellious: Possibly also a trait from his father, Mark is very rebellious and is not afraid to stir up trouble or to get into some form of trouble. Even at one point running away in order to have an adventure without his parents.
Excitable: Mark is constantly excited about something but nothing excites him more than being able to tinker with something. Even if it is something as simple as a remote control.
Caring: He maybe rebellious and a dare devil but it does not mean that Mark will not stop to help another or to defend someone else. He is just as willing as his father if not a tad more to stand up for someone else, and even take time out of his day to investigate something if it means to help another person or alien in need.
Dare Devil: Possibly because he is either just so energetic that he gets easily bored or just because he wants to, Mark is such a dare devil he is willing to do about anything that sounds exciting. Even something that could get himself hurt or worse.
Adventurous: Very adventurous like his father, Mark is constantly looking for new places to go and explore as well as trouble along the way. Most of the time.

Calm: Much more relaxed than when he was a child or a teenager. He seems to be just as happy sitting in his London home drinking Tea or reading a good book just as happily if he was running around London solving crimes that Scotland Yard is not able to.

History:
Mark's mother is The Phantom and his father is The Nomad, the grandfather is The Shadow and his older sister is The Magpie. Mark is the first child to Maria and second to Leo due to the fact that before Nomad and Phantom were together he adopted Magpie after meeting her at an orphanage. Sometime later Mark came along. Now he was born in his dad's TARDIS, which means, yes Mark can regenerate, but his body stays the same. It does not change at all.
So when he was four years old, while Magpie was babysitting him, he got a hold of the vortex manipulator that she was building and somehow got it to work when she could not figure it out. However they were blasted to some time in France where they encountered The Reaper. He was not old enough to understand everything that he witnessed but soon came to understand and the pain the it caused the family and a hatred towards The Reaper. Who Maria and Leo constantly tell him to avoid at all costs.
Magpie ran off after a fight between her and their dad and sent herself to who knows where. So from then on, Mark was the only child on board the TARDIS, finding that his parents did everything they could to protect him. His father going to lengths as to not letting the boy running off on his own. At all.
So one day he asked his dad why he is not allowed to go out exploring on his own, only to get, "It is not safe Mark.. just understand that I am only trying to protect you." That was what Mark agreed on, then took his mother's vortex manipulator to sneak to Earth for some harmless exploration, unfortunately the first trip took him to France. Leo found the boy and brought him back to the TARDIS where once again there was a fight, and Leo grounded the boy.
Frustrated, he stole his mother;s vortex manipulator and went to Earth. There he stayed for some time, because one he damaged the device to the point he could not get it to work. Two he wanted to prove to his father that he can look after himself. After running into an unknown source of trouble, showed himself to his worried mother and father. He stayed with them, now understanding why they were so protective, became very obedient and loving towards his parents, whom he learned many things from including how to pilot a TARDIS. Only when he was old enough to finally go out on his own did he leave them, mostly visiting Earth where he met a young human girl, and kept in close contact with his mother of course.

Mark has no medical issues at all.
RP Sample:Silas turned the Vortex Manipulator off, but found himself falling into the water instead of the dock. The water was ice cold and punched air out of the young Time Lord's lungs. Gasping for air he managed to climb out of the water.
Shakily he looked around, unsure of where he has winded up. Silas managed to get to his feet, pressing buttons on the manipulator all he got was sparks and weak whine from the machine, "Oh no.." He looked at the water, cursing at it, "Mom and Dad is going to kill me.." He said as the young Time Lord looked around. He ran his fingers though his, ice cold, soaked hair. He sighed as Silas walked off the dock.
Looking around he saw beings that looked like himself and wondered if they were Time Lords, but they did not smell like one to the young Time Lord's surprise. Reaching into his pockets he found some money that his mother had given him, it was not much, it might be enough to get him a small meal somewhere. Stuffing it back into his pockets he walked along quietly, wondering if his mother and father would be able to find him. [/center][/span][/font][/span]
