Physical Description:
Stella looks like she knows what she's doing. She walks with an air of steely confidence, talks like a sophisticated sailor and holds herself high and tall, though that may in part be due to the heels. Yes, Stella is a scientist, a Doctor at that. The lab coat features commonly, all manner of gadgets in the pockets and underneath a simple shirt, jumper and trousers combination - she's not one to wear dresses in the lab. Blonde hair (though occasionally brown depending on how she feels that day) is tied back into a ponytail with a small fringe or left down.
Her ears are pierced once through the lobe, though holes in the upper part of her ear and eyebrow tell the tale of past piercings. Other than that there are really no defining markers. Her skin freckles in the summer and pales in winter. No scars, and no tattoos (at least that's what she says).
Personality:
Stella's first ally is science. She wants to improve humanity and save it, not take life from it. Studies may be unfortunate and patients can and have died, but Stella has to move on past it. This makes her a rather blunt, pushy and standoffish individual at first meeting, too immersed in her science and timetables to debate the morals of her actions. She's not looking down; she's just ignoring what's in front of her. Science is progress, and progress has to prevail.
Now practically a fugitive, she's not as pushy as before but sarcasm and wit has increased tenfold. Her and her small team of scientists work aboard a spacestation, studying the environment and testing it the right way.

History:
Born on Earth and raised on Earth, Stella questions what right to call herself Karfelon she has since she has never set foot on the planet. She doesn't know how her parents came to Earth, nor why they decided to stay; it wasn't something that ever came up in conversation. Educated well, challenging the teachers and forming her own gameplans; she went for a degree in medicine to help people and help the Earth. At least, bright eyes and full of ideas, that's how she entered into medicine. She started in the hospital, full of busy life and bustling normality. Sure, she could help people but she wanted to do more. Further the human race, explore the stars. She transferred to a biomedical company, but soon she found herself at the mercy of funding, clinical trials that took years and little to no progress being made. The company she worked for was dodgy, she knew that, but her ally was science and as long as she could practice science she could pretend to put up with their warped practices.
Oh so young, oh so impressionable. Fresh from a Phd and keen on staying on as long as possible, she got her head down and worked. Though she couldn't deny the potentially unethical practices, the science was fascinating. Not everyone thought the same, and she constantly had to defend her role. "It's just a job." or "Think of the applications!". Quickly, she progressed through the ranks of the agency. Now she was a leading research scientist was fighting to believe the propaganda. The company wasn't innocent. Nobody was. But the science! She didn't care that it was wrong, the steps they were taking forward were for the greater good and for years that was all that had mattered.
Times and attitudes change however, and after participating in a spaceAID mission she realised how precious life was and how astray she had gone. Through careful investigating, she found that the company had been infecting the people, then retailing the cures for those various diseases they contracted. They were making people ill for a profit - something Stella was quick to hide her suspicions about. It seemed harmless enough in practice, but the seriousness of these infections were increasing. That was not all she found. Floor -G had caught her eye, and after sneaking down she was shocked with the revelation of a superior serum, one that increases body efficiency, muscle mass and resistance to infection; in effect they were creating super soldiers. But for what purpose? What was more, the work she had done previously was fuelling this, they had taken her research and tainted it with blood. She had to investigate further. It seemed she was not the only one with the same idea.
After the culmination of the confrontation and the revelation of just exactly what was going on down on Floor G, she thanked the traveller(s) for their help. The company was bust, in ruins and a bounty was on her head. It was time to disappear for a while. She took a job as a doctor for weary travellers and less reputable folk, working aboard a space station whilst continuing her science.
