"Best of both worlds" (4th adam and Manyetha)

How did Adam keep finding himself being attracted back to England!? Sure Cardiff had the time rift where Adam could recharge his Tardis and it had some nice shops but what else attracted him? Adam just sat in his new Tardis console room which looked like a mixture of his last three consoles, it had wooden furniture like his first console room did, it had a bunch of book shelves like his second and a red brick exterior like his third. The console panel itself had a metal console that looked like smooth Marble. A new section of the room was added to have a coffee maker, a television (with every channel in the universe), and a radio. Adam just sat in his chair watching his monitor system looking for Time Lord Life signs as his Tardis sat on a street Corner in Cardiff. As he sat there he noticed a faint blip on the radar but it was very odd, it was only part Time Lord and it was close.

Adam got up and slipped on his tan trench coat and made sure his tie wasn't to tight. He then popped his neck and headed out making sure to lock his Tardis, slipping the key inside his pocket. He then scratched his permanent five o clock shadow and walked across the street to a local Cafe and ordered a chocolate flavored latte and sat at one of the metal outside tables and just waited, if this person was really a time lord, he could sniff them out or they could do the same with him. Adam just watched the many humans walk the streets, he felt slightly jealous of their normal lives.
