As far as plot goes, it is fairly free reign, with the occasional structured event. Storylines range from Canon to Alternate Universe tellings and anywhere in between! Imagination is your only limitation with the possibilities!

09/19/2017 Mandatory Activity Checks are now a thing of the past!!
No one enjoys doing RP posts when it feels like a chore. So we are doing away with it completely. There are still some posting requirements, but we hope this will make things feel much more relaxed. Be sure to review our rules to get all the details.

So, now that a Romana lives, here, I'd love to get a few games up and running for her.
I'd be thrilled to explore any era of her existence, or time of her life, with you lovely people. I'm sure there are many interesting stories to be uncovered, both in the multi-verse, and current space-time, So, if you've an idea, or a character, that you'd like Romana to meet, then drop a line here!
i'm not really aware of any time that they've met in canon or in the extended universe but i'm confident they would have been acquainted or, at the very least, know each other. there's an audio series that's a 'what if the doctor never left gallifrey' au and in it, susan develops similarly to romana - politically inclined, academically gifted, and prone to keeping the doctor in line. my point is i think they would get along nicely. susan would definitely respect her and be very interested in learning from her.
iblîs + romana
iblis wants to kidnap every time lord until someone finally gives it what it wants - to be taken back into time to fix something from its past. it's a djinn, been around for ages. not a very good creature at all. but hey if you ever want romana to stop ib from starting actual wars for fun or have her be kidnapped for her knowledge, then hit me up lmao.
fitz + romana
ayy so in the EDAs fitz and romana have met (and then UnMet, thanks to faction paradox) so she wouldn't remember but he does. they didn't get on very well - it was during the third regeneration, which is... confusing for poor romana anyway haha. i think he'd get along fairly well with the first or second romana tho - he's a lot flirtatious, but he's a good guy otherwise and hangs around the eighth doctor sometimes.
Personally, I'd love to see how any of her incarnations would get along with Seven, and his more manipulative nature. Plus I'd love to see she plays off of Yana Master's grumpy nature.

Susan + Romana - Yes, please! I've actually heard the Unbound story you're talking about, and thought much the same thing. Another thought also occurs to me, if you're interested - in Gallifrey, there's an AU in which a power-hungry Romana wants to bring every single Gallifrey into one cohesive Timeline, under her power. So, maybe we could combine the two AU's? Power-hungry Romana, vs (or even ends up working with) Lady President Susan?
Or, we could just do something from when Susan is an Academy Student - I'm open to either.
Iblîs + Romana III (possibly) - Romana III, being the kind of woman she is, cold and calculating, I could actually see her being willing to try and work with Iblîs, during the Time War, if she thought that she and Gallifrey would be able to get something out of it. So, perhaps a deal goes awry?
Fitz + Romana II(?) - for some reason, my mind actually keeps jumping to a date night idea, here. Of course, things wouldn't go to plan, but I'm game if you are.
Romana II + The Seventh Doctor - these two would /definitely/ be fun, to toss into the pot together. Did you have a plot in mind?
Susan/Romana: An AU with power-hungry Romana vs Lady President Susan, and then take away the 'vs' when they realize they have a Common Enemy??? Me??? A sucker for two powerful women coming together and kicking major ass??? More likely than you think! Alternatively, Susan has her own TARDIS for a while so they could run into each other in the wild wild space?
Ib/Romana: Well - the jinn are fairly hard to kill and they're pretty powerful. They are also very war-shy since Iblîs kinda accidentally decimated their population in a battle between humans and jinn and caused the future enslavement of every jinn. ("my bad" says iblîs, mostly to a round of annoyed scowls and disapproving grunts). Ib also KIND OF went a bit powerhungry in its teen years and tried to murder every low-ranking jinn before its brother was like 'dude no stop'. What I'm saying is that Iblîs would ABSOLUTELY volunteer the jinn for a wartime effort bc its kind of lowkey in love with a time lord and figures this is a win win (kicking ass in a war AND getting a free ride from a time lady to go back in time). The only downside to this is the fact that Iblîs absolutely plans to wipe its own creation out so that the initial war with humans and the enslavement of its people doesn't happen, so.. also Ib volunteering to help Romana wouldn't happen either?
Fitz/Romana: DATE NIGHT YES. I can't BELIEVE Fitz would try to take her on a romantic date in the park - lookin' at stars, bc he's a smitten fool with space - and it gets ruined by like... idk man, cybermen or daleks or general disasters that seem to follow them.
