Character Image
Name: 610-PAX-6
Age: A dalek's maturity is irrelevant to their age. Coincidentally, this unit has been in service for a little over 16 equivalent Earth years.
Gender: [Dalek genders are not defined. Expect male pronouns anyway.]
Species: Dalek
Planet of Origin: Skaro
Occupation: Dalek Spacecraft Controller
Dalek Spacecraft Controllers are the true 'central brains' of the ship. Through the use of their Travel Machines, they are capable of connecting to specialised controller stations, allowing them to attach their mind to the spacecraft itself. In essence, they are the spaceship.

Physical Description:
Like all daleks, the only thing that outwardly identifies him is the identification tag beneath the eyestalk, whose pattern is shown above. Not to mention the bronze coloured Mk 3 Travel Machine, used by Time War daleks.
Being a Spacecraft Controller, the effects of time and war have been kind to him. Unlike some daleks, his mutant form is relatively undisfigured. All tentacles are accounted for, and his single yellow eye is undamaged. Unsurprisingly, his skin is a common and dull sandy brown.
Personality:
Most will say daleks don't have personality. Yet, even the simplest of lifeforms will react to stimuli in their own unique way. Externally, this dalek might seem like any other hateful, exterminate-happy and infinitely stubborn drone.
Yet, those that stop to observe his behaviour may notice a few things. For one, a preference to question intruders before shooting - perhaps due to his role of a non-frontline soldier.
His main occupation has also made him somewhat more attentive, from his experience of having to carefully and precisely pilot dalek saucers. A need to follow complex orders has resulted in a tendency to listen closely to superiors.
When a scenario that he hasn't trained for occurs, he also tends to panic more than an average soldier dalek would. It can't be blamed, although he is equally armed, he lacks the same experiences.
He's also not as cunning nor strategic as those he takes his orders from. Spacecraft Controllers are not required to be particularly resourceful or sly as an experienced commander would be.
Similarly, he has had little interaction with inferior species, and believes in their extermination as much as any other dalek. These views have not stemmed from experience, but from the general consensus of the philosophy that daleks follow.
From this, a small spark of curiosity has emerged. A curiosity that has been neglected, yet may result in more questionable detours than not. Essentially being the pilot of a spacecraft has left enough free time to think about things in this way.
Strangely, he also dislikes being alone. Daleks are not exactly social creatures, but being in the constant company of other daleks has become a thing to expect. It might not be noticeable, but he'd even prefer to be in the company of a tolerable inferior species than completely alone.
Nontheless, he is still a dalek. One that's more thoughtful than usual, but easily angered either way. Being an average dalek doesn't give much room for personal development, it seems. Perhaps this will change as events unfold?
History:
Despite being in a Mk 3 Travel Machine, he has never participated in the Time War. He was created and matured normally, with no noticeable variations or defects. As the dalek forces were expanding to conquer new systems, more pilots were required, so that became his main duty.
Most of his time in service has been spent doing mining runs, the collection and deposition of ores from enslaved planets back to processing facilities. Occasionally, he has participated in invasions and ship combat, but only as one of many experienced pilots.
Many have died from his ship's laser fire, but rarely has he personally exterminated anyone. Only a few times have called for this, many of them involving stowaways or rebellious prisoners.
It was during a rare onboard slave rebellion that he was forced to disconnect from the ship. Granted, as few as a handful of daleks had been manning the ship, whereas hundreds of prisoners were present.
It was easy to exterminate the remaining rebels, but it was out of nowhere when a non-dalek ship shot the saucer. It was sent spiralling through space damaged, and with little help left, the only remaining spacecraft controller managed to crash land the ship.
The planet he landed it on? 21st Century Earth.
Additional Medical Information:
None, except he requires his casing for everything involving nutrition, communication and translation.
RP Sample:
A simple slave transfer. That had been the objective of the dalek crew. All of them were spacecraft controllers, and not soldiers or commanders. Those couldn't be spared in light of the recent invasions and retaliations from the Cybermen.
Now, one of the aforementioned pilots, ID 610-PAX-6, was desperately scanning and exterminating humans from the decks of the ship. His eyestalk swiveled left, a group of them were attempting to disconnect a control panel.
"Exterminate!" A few shots from his gunstick, and the group dropped dead. There was an advantage to being in the noisy depths of the engine rooms. It was down here when the ship groaned and shuddered, and a deafening bang resounded throughout the entire structure.
Immediately sensing the disturbance, the dalek raced back up to the control rooms, as fast as his motors had allowed. When he reconnected into the controller station, ship diagnostics indicated that the ship had been blasted by a heavy-duty penetrating missile.
The thrusters were heavily damaged, and being the only controller currently available, he steered the saucer as far away from the direction the shot had been fired from. Directly into a waiting wormhole.
"Wormhole imminent! All daleks return to stations immediately!" He announced over the ship's systems, in dire need of help. The escaped prisoners were no longer a problem. A breached airlock had resolved that.
Now, he needed the other controllers. He could pilot saucer by himself, but not when it needed the careful attention and maintenance that multiple controllers could provide.
Before he could repeat the order, the wormhole fully appeared over the horizon. Had this been the enemy's plan all along?
Suddenly, the ship blinked out of existence, as if it were never there.
In a distant galaxy, a small flying saucer emerged from nowhere. It flew aimlessly past Jupiter, its path set on Earth.
Inside the ship, our dalek was alone. Suddenly aware that the other daleks may have been caught in the blast, he silently locked the ship's doors, preparing for a crash landing. If any were still alive, they would all be dead after the landing.
And the saucer began to burn, its paint peeling, and the already present hole shredded itself to bits. His mind was still connected to the ship, and he could feel the heat of the re-entry. He mentally checked the diagnostics again, and confirmed the ship was still in relatively good condition.
His calculations were going to land the ship on presumably one of the larger continents on the planet. North America, as it was indicated from human databases.
With a final boost to the thrusters, the impact onto dry hard dirt was lessened. It was still a massive impact, the hull of the ship was absolutely exhausted.
He immediately undid the airlocks and doors, and vented the inside of the saucer in an attempt to cycle clean air into the now hot, smoking interior. Realising that his casing would be covered in soot and there was little that could be done for the ship, he disconnected from his station.
It was time to leave the ship.
