Physical Description:
Standing at 5'7, The 'Oh' Master isn't exactly someone you'd call short. He has brown eyes and quite the amount of black hair atop his head. This hair also stretches to his chin and top lip in the form of facial hair. When it comes to clothes, he wears a blue shirt, a black tie, a red checkered suit and a purple overcoat with a metal watch around his waist.

However, he doesn't show his insanity all the time. When he needs to be, this incarnation is very sly and manipulative. He plays the long game and gets into people's heads, sometimes even striking deals they could not possibly refuse. He'll go any length to get his own way and the fact that some people don't even know not to trust him, make him all the more deadly.[/div]Trait 3:
[/li] Despite everything, The 'Oh' Master can get rather comical. Mostly when he's doing horrible things, he'll always find ways to make snide remarks or comments with the singular intent on making the situation, all the more funny but not to the people around him, he mostly does this to amuse himself.Trait 4:
As a result of his insanity, Oh has, in his own words 'a short fuse'. He can get angry very easily. If something doesn't go the way he had planned, he will more often than not, shout out angrily and try to trick people with these cries into having everything pan out the way he wants it to instead of the way it was threatening to go.Trait 5:
This Master has quite the violent swing of things. Even when performing simple tasks, it would be clear in the movements of his arms, mostly, as well as the gleam in his eyes that what he wants, more than anything, is to kill something. He revels in the thought of torturing an innocent life and the will is always visible in his eyes.Trait 6:
Animalistic would be an apt description for this Master. He's very clearly off the ball and has shown to possess traits similar to animals. The most prominent of these is his fondness for growling. Whenever he takes charge of a situation, mostly involving torturing living innocent beings, preferring humans for this, the words he'll speak usually come off as gruff and he'll grow quite often when shouting them.History:
Not much is known of this incarnation of The Master, not even where he fits into on the timeline. But what is known clearly shows his manipulative ways. Once again picking up an old tool from his past, The Master used his Tissue Compression device to shrink down a man named Oh to size. He put the shrunken body into a matchbox and took his identity, setting himself up where the human Oh worked. Using this, he now had the form of someone with The Doctor's trust. He led Team TARDIS onto a plane to hunt down Barton, only to reveal that it was a trap When one flaw in his story was found. At that point, he revealed himself as The Master, blew up the plane and made his escape.
Since then, he's had multiple run ins with The Doctor and has almost come out on top quite often but his plans were always thwarted. He currently awaits patiently, just waiting for his chance to come out of the shadows, reveal himself once more and take his revenge on The Doctor.

As a Time Lord, Aspirin has quite the affect on The Master, an allergy that is known to be common among Gallifreyans.

Was all The Master had shouted when he stormed into the room. He brushed his purple, velvet coat aside on his left and placed his fist on his hip. His gaze glaring around at everyone around as he held up his Tissue Compression device to show that he meant business, he wanted the feeble humans to fear him. They would know pain and suffering under one man and they would know that his name is The Master. His eyes had that look in them again, he wanted the humans to run as it would give him reason to kill one of them, perhaps more. He kept his eyes out, watching to see if any of them would attempt escape.
