"If it's not him... then... why is nothing moving?" she reached out gently touching a frozen splintered shard of the door, testing what might happen. The shard responded to her touch, slowly being pushed away before slowing to a halt and freezing again in it's new location. "Sevvy? How.... What's happening?"
For the longest time, there was no reply from Sevaros. When she finally did reply, her tone was grim. "Do you remember what I said? About killing and absorbing the life force of the time lords? That's... not entirely true. They are still very much alive. Energy like that doesn't just stop. Within is also the soul of a Tardis... I dont understand how put perhaps... Through your will, the Tardis is fluctuating time. That's.... The only explanation I have. What say you, Time Lord?"
The Time Lord looked to Yvie, "Basically what you were absorbing was the fabrics of.. time that keeps a Time Lord living and regenerating in the manner we live.. although.. regenerating is not exactly painless. But with absorbing the Time Lord's regeneration energy and the souls of the Tardis's, you are basically able to control time, well freezing and unfreezing time, you just have to learn how to grasp this ability. As far as regeneration I am not sure if you have that ability." The Nomad told them, but if what he is sensing is true, they are in a time lock so even if he could, his Tardis will not be able to come because they are in a "bubble" that is not seeable. Maybe he can fix this.

Yvie, though young, was a very bright child. Sometimes easily manipulated by elaborate lies as evidence by her relationship with Sevaros, but she was still bright. Things were starting to add up in her head bit by bit.
"Okay, slow down... Mister Nomad, If I'm understanding right. I'm... a spaceship now?" It wasn't the most eloquent way to phrase it, but what she meant was that she had become like a tardis, able to manipulate the time vortex, albeit, not very well as of yet. But she was just a child after all and she didnt know exactly what a tardis was. In another way she was also right. 1,000 living souls swirling around inside her.. Maybe she was like a Tardis.. 'Bigger on the inside' and what have you.
Yvie looked as though she had become quite ill, her legs wobbling beneath her. This was a lot to take in. Yes, she had accepted that she was now a host to another life form... But it was only supposed to be One, Uno, SINGULAR! Now she was a vessel to over a thousand? Her head was swimming with so many frightening ideas. What if they wanted a body back. would they fight to take control as well? She wasn't worried about Sevvy, anymore, but she hadn't sonsidered these new beings.
She looked up at The Nomad and offered a faint smile. She was full of Time Lords.. Maybe they were all as nice and understand and as helpful as he was? Yvie rubbed her temples and drew in a shallow breath. Sevvy was on her side now, Sevaros would help her.
"Maybe I can put this right. How... how does the space ship work? maybe then I can fix this mess?"
"Okay, slow down... Mister Nomad, If I'm understanding right. I'm... a spaceship now?"
The Nomad was not sure of how to describe it at all, it was not that the girl was now a space ship, "Uh.. Not a space ship, more like a Time Lord." The Nomad said to her, it was the best way that he could describe it, but he was not sure if like a Time Lord that she would be able to regenerate or travel through time, "I do not know what qualities of a Time Lord you have got.."
He returned her smile, The Nomad wondered if Yvie was going to be able to take the fact that she was no longer like other children, she was more like a Time Lord child now, not a Earth child.
"Maybe I can put this right. How... how does the space ship work? maybe then I can fix this mess?"
The Time Lord put his hands into his pockets, "Well.. a Tardis and a Time Lord are able to control time, move it forwards or backwards." He gestured to the frozen door, "In this case I would try to reverse time to fix that problem." He said, "If you can't I surely can.. but all you need to do is close your eyes and concentrate on reversing time." The Nomad told her.

Yvie seemed to rub her chest, right near her collar bone as if it was bothering her. It was an identical position to where the massive crack in Sevaros' shell had broken and the souls had begun to wriggle free. But Yvie just smiled softly. She put on such a brave face, but her eyes told otherwise. She was terrified. More than when Sevaros was a malicious entity lording over her mind and body. She was still 'Just Yvie'. But now she was changing. Did she no longer count as a human then?

Yvie smiled weakly and nodded, looking at the door again. It felt like taking a test she'd never studied for. her hands trembled slightly as she lifted her hands and closed her eyes.. She imagined the door moving in reverse, like watching film on a projector as it was being rewound. her fingers twirled slowly at first, but as they gained speed, her hands began to let off a soft golden glow, wisps of steam when the door suddenly began to creak as it began to pull to her. And then with a bright flash, the door was suddenly back in place, the books jumped off the bloor and neatly back in their place on the shelf, the dying goldfish was back in it's flawless bowl swimming backwards. Madam Godfrey Came and went tending to a blurred shadow of what was supposed to be the Nomad, Children scrambling to the door, Timmy's finger, set bak in it's propper place and finally, the moment when Madam Godfrey first brought The Nomad inside.... but she kept rewinding, it seemed though she was having difficulty stopping.

The Nomad smiled as he watched everything go back to the way it was, but then it was erased when he saw they were going too far back, "Woah! Woah a little too far back child." He said as he put a hand to her shoulder, maybe he should show her instead?
Getting his other hand out of his pocket he let out a slow breath, "Want me to show you?" He asked her; maybe she is a visual learner? The Nomad was not too sure. Maybe he should just show her.

Yvie's eyes fluttered open and her hands dropped as The Nomad placed his hand on her shoulder. Taryn's lip quivered into a pout. Everything came to a screeching halt and Yvie rubbed her temples as if staving on a headache. "I'm sorry." I.. I dont think I'm ready to do this.. it makes my head hurt"
Getting his other hand out of his pocket he let out a slow breath, "Want me to show you?" He asked her; maybe she is a visual learner? The Nomad was not too sure. Maybe he should just show her.
Yvie nodded softly, wiping the sweat from her brow took a step back to watch the Nomad, Her glassy green eyes. She did do better by observing after all
"I'm sorry." I.. I dont think I'm ready to do this.. it makes my head hurt"
The Nomad gave her a smile, "It's alright, not everyone gets it right on the first try." He said before taking a deep breath and closed his eyes, not too tight though.
He started thinking about how the room must have looked before he arrived, no when he was first walked into the office with the help of the head mistress. The room being perfectly neat, the fish swimming around in his bowl, the books put away on their bookshelves nicely and orderly. Then as well as the door fixed up. Now with things the way they should be he opened his eyes and looked around, then down at Yvie, "There, good as new." He said with a smile, "What do you think?" He asked.

That did make Yvie feel better about their situation. Like less of a faliur and just that she was a beginner and had a lot to learn.

She looked around at the surroundings as he pulled time backwards, setting everything the way it was meant to be. She smiled and hugged his arm and nodded approvingly. "It looks perfect!". Now mind you, Yvie didnt plan to make a habit of time hopping. As far as she knew, she'd never done if before, but she knew there was certain parts of her past she couldnt remember.

Now mind you, Yvie didnt plan to make a habit of time hopping. As far as she knew, she'd never done if before, but she knew there was certain parts of her past she couldnt remember.
The Nomad looked around and nodded in approval, then smiled when Yvie hugged his arm, kneeling down he hugged her, "Glad you like it." He smiled at her, "Now there is one more thing to do before we leave." He said as the Time Lord released her. Walking over to the desk he searched through the drawers, as he sat down.
Finding what he wanted he set the paper on the desk, getting a pen out he started writing.
NAME: Leo McCollen AGE: 32 JOB: Police Officer SOCIAL: 88-676-3456 (Now no spreading this around!) PHONE: (1-287)678-0001 (No random calls please, they are super annoying.)
Filling the rest out he quickly walked over to the copy machine, he put the sheet inside and then with a few buttons pressed he put the copied piece into his pocket after neatly folding it and set the real copy on the desk face down.
Walking back over to Yvie he offered to hold her hand, "Are you ready to go?"

Yvie stood at the opposite end of the desk as she watched him rummage through the desk and immediately recognized the paper he had found. She'd peeked in on several other occasions when sneaking through the orphanage and saw adopters filling it out to take a child home. Her eyes went wide and almost filled with tears and sheer joy

Yvie was at a loss for words. He had just adopted her. Officially and outright adopted her. She did more than take his hand, She hugged his entire middle, burying her face to his chest, little fingers curling in to clutch his clothing. She couldnt remember being this happy. Even before Sevaros. Yvie looked up at him, with tear stained cheeks after adequetly getting his shirt wet with tears of joy before nodding-
"I'm ready.... 'Daddy'!" She said this with a soft giggle. Half joking, but half meaning it. She was very glad that if anyone was to take her from this dreary place, it was someone who understood her and could help her.

The Nomad knelt down and wrapped his arms around Yvie, he knew why she was reacting this way, one of the things he would love to do everyday. He rested his head gently on hers by the cheek, now he will not be alone, at least he hoped not.

The Time Lord smiled, he liked being called by 'Daddy', "Well let's go then." He said as The Nomad took her hand and led her out of the room, looking to the head mistress he waved the document, but closed the door to the outside before the woman could say anything.
Looking around he saw that it had stopped raining, good thing, the Time Lord did not really enjoy the rain, in fact it annoyed him with how often it rained at this part of the planet. Looking to the child he smiled, "Would you like for me to carry you Yvie?" He asked.

She looked up at him with a soft smile and nodded and held her arms up. He had spoken of a Tardis which she had slowly come to understand was a sort of time machine. She was excited to see it and learn more about the strange thing she had become and how to control these strange new gifts.
Once up in Nomad's arms, she wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her head on his shoulders. As a million and one questions buzzed in her head, one in particular popped into her head. "So.. A time lord is an alien? What is your planet called?" in her mind she imagined something like.. 'Time Land' or something adorably childish like that.
She looked up at him with a soft smile and nodded and held her arms up.
The Time Lord smiled warmly as he bent down and picked her up gently, he waited until her arms were wrapped around his neck before walking. Looking back he saw the woman and grinned, then looked back ahead.
"So.. A time lord is an alien? What is your planet called?"
The Nomad looked to her, "Yes a Time Lord is an alien.. my planet was Gallifrey." He replied as the Time Lord looked back ahead, he came to a stop when he saw the same fish people from before so he decided to take a detour through the mall, the shops were closing so there was no way they could stop to look at anything. Besides that he had plenty of toys for Yvie, not that he had children of his own as The Nomad never really had the chance to start a family yet.
Stepping back outside he looked around to get his bearings, "Now.. my ship it.. may look small on the outside but it is.. far bigger on the inside." He told Yvie as he made his way to a park, coming to a stop he fished his pockets for the key. Finding it he flashed it and the ship came into view. Stepping forward he held Yvie with one arm as he unlocked the door and opened it up.
Stepping into the doorway he gently set Yvie down to the floor.

Yvie nodded, looking at him with a smile "That's pretty. Better than what I thought it would be called. Do you think we can go there some day?" she asked innocently, not realizing what horrible fate had befallen his home.

Yvie looked at the outside of the ship, rather disappointed. It looked like it was going to be a bit cramped inside. But when he opened to doors, her glassy green eyes went huge with awe. She stared at at the massive console just ahead and then stepped back outside and walked around the tardis a good ten times before walking back in and gawking. She ran back outside, unable to find words to describe her amazement. There had to be some trick. When she came back inside, she ran up to the console and turned to look at Nomad and exclaimed excitedly. "It's just like a clown car!!!"
Yvie nodded, looking at him with a smile "That's pretty. Better than what I thought it would be called. Do you think we can go there some day?" she asked innocently.
The Nomad looked away sadly, "It's.. no longer around.." He said slowly as he watched Yvie walk in and out of the ship, he has seen this reaction many times in the past. Walking to the railing he perched himself on it and watched Yvie.
When she came back inside, she ran up to the console and turned to look at Nomad and exclaimed excitedly. "It's just like a clown car!!!"
The Time Lord grinned and laughed, well it was a better comparison than what he has heard in the past, he hopped off the railing and closed the door, "Yes! Like a clown car." He said with a grin, not wanting to ruin the child's imagination, "Now.. wait.." The Nomad said as he scratched his head, "Are you hungry by any chance?" He asked Yvie, unsure if she would want something to eat before they took off.
