Personality: He is protective, a bit sadistic, angry at himself, sad at times, kind to people and he has a great heart. He would rather be a coward than let people suffer.
History: Ninth is suffering from the knowledge of the fact he has caused all of his whole species to die out. Expect for the Master who comes around alot. He had to watch his planet burn to his deepest regret. As he lands his tardis on earth, he doesn't know what he has waiting for me.

Role Play Sample: (The Doctor looked over the TARDIS control, thinking about where to go next. He could always go back and see Rose, but he had a feeling that would not be a good idea. Suddenly the engine started sputtering causing the Doctor to look up. "Oi, come on, girl! Don't do this to me." He said, with a frustrated look on his face. He dived under the console with his sonic screwdriver, trying to figure out what was wrong. "Of course.. the one thing wrong with it is the one thing I can not fix. I might have to get Jack on it... No not going to him. That annoying bugger.."
