The Doctor snatched through the file and quickly flicked through the pages. "Well these are some of the fattest lies I've ever seen," he announced before handing it back to Kratos. Then he turned to Ace. "What stories? I've never heard any stories about this. Well, I've heard stories about time computers, but not this particular one."
“What, seriously? . Caution weary traveler. At the center of the planet of Algol wherest the beast of recreation slumbers” Ace shrugged and absent mindedly went to scratch the back of her head, but hit her hand on the metal device “There where others that’s just the first one that comes to mind.”
Kratos smirked out of annoyance as The Doctor handed him the files back “I assure you Doctor, the contents of that file are quite true.”
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
"Algol, eh?" the Doctor said. "Interesting. Wonder if it rings any bells..." Then he faced Kratos. "Oh really? Page six. It says that it can only be powered by the gas from a collapsing star. Well, that's impossible, since a collapsing star is a black hole and it'd be impossible to get out of that even if you got the gas. So it's wrong."
"No," the Doctor answered. "I know the real way to power it. Now, a computer this size that's been on this planet for centuries, not seeming to be eroded in any way. It's attached, I suppose you could say. It'd need to draw it's power from a large source: the core of the planet. There'll be a tube or something leading from it further underground. Probably uses the heat or light energy from the magma and converts it to keep the systems up and running. Now that cycle would continue even if the systems were dormant, but they're not, they're not working at all. Which means that there's a break somewhere along the link which is stopping the conversion process taking place."

“Hmm....” Kratos summoned some of his people up “You two get some people and search the lower levels and see if you can find anything of the type that he’s talking about.” Kratos turned away from them and went over to the a table laying the files out and reading over them again.
Ace had been standing around observing the surroundings and listening. When Kratos sent off his people and went back to reading through the papers she gave The Doctor a look trying to convey a question of whether The Doctor was telling the truth or if he was just stalling for time.
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
All the Doctor gave in response to Ace's unanswered question was a wink. He was doing both, he supposed. Then he walked over to Kratos and looked at the files with him. "I can tell at a glance, though, that that's not the only problem with this computer. Stuck here for centuries, even one of the most powerful time-alternating computers must've been bugged, or caught a virus. It'd help if you let me get a closer look."

Kratos tried to keep from losing his temper “Oh really and how do you suggest we fix that then? Invent a new form of Antivirus.” he closed his eyes and sighed then he waved his hand “Fine, Fine just do what you have to Doctor.”
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
"I never said it was that sort of virus," the Doctor said with a gleam of cleverness in his eyes. "Come on then Ace! And you too Kratos, if you're so keen." He then spun and headed down the stairs towards the massive computer.

“Coming Professor.” Ace followed after The Doctor down the stairs quickly not waiting for Kratos to catch them up.
“What do you mean not that kind of virus?” Kratos turned and followed the two down the stairs quietly pulling the control device out of his pocket and holding it in his hand just incase these two tried something.
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
The Doctor just ignored Kratos and ran up to the computer. "Let's see then...main hardrive should be..." He tapped somewhere just below the screen, then pointed the sonic screwdriver at it. Pulling away a hatch, he revealed a thick mass of wires inside.

“Oh dear that’s a mess.” Ace picked up the hatch cover testing the weight a little holding it in her hands drumming her fingers across it as she watched.
“Now don’t get any ideas.” Kratos held up the controller and moved it around in his fingers a little bit.
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
"Don't you dare," the Doctor said, looking pointedly at the controller. "Ace, stay here. And don't cause any trouble." He took a torch out of his pocket, and with it in one hand and the sonic in the other, he crawled through the forest of plastic strands.

“Trouble when do I ever cause trouble?” she sighed and put the hatch covering back down “Fine. Just be careful ok.” she said after he disappeared into the mess of wires, she then went over and leaned against the railing watching Kratos.
Kratos put the controller back in his pocket and went on the opposite railing and leaned against it.
"I am NOT A PROBLEM! I’m a…tactical consideration!"
A few minutes later, the Doctor burst out from the other end of the computer with a blackened face. "Blimey, that's clogged up. I gave it a good sweeping though. How are we doing on this end?"
