Jenny was freezing. She was walking in town, through the white, pure snow. She was wearing brown fluffy boots, jeans, and a big furry jacket. She was wearing secretly many layers underneath. Her hair was loose, and wavy. It was tucked into her hood, but she didn't bother getting it out. As Jenny walked carefully over the slippy ice, she heard a very peculiar sound, and she stopped to listen, a frown fresh on her face. Then, she shrugged it off and kept walking, barely noticing her footprints in the snow were getting deeper. Then, the sound came again, and Jenny stopped to listen once more.
The Phantom ran around her console, pressing buttons and pulling levers as she tried once again, to land her TARDIS without crashing. After turning a switch she rushed over to the monitor, holding onto the rail around the console, just in case. Staring at the screen with her green eyes as she finally realized that her ship landed safely.
"Huh." She noted as she slowly began to grin. "Yes! No crash!"
Phantom ran over to the computer chair and grabbed her blue-jean jacket. Putting it on over her light Grey tank top, before heading out the doors of her TARDIS. She smiled brightly as she looked around, enjoying the look of the fresh snow on the ground and the snow that was currently, falling.
Jenny was shocked as the ship landed, her eyes wide. And as a girl came out of it, she was even more surprised. She studied the ship carefully, and decided that it wasn't logically possible that it could have anything in it. And yet it had appeared out of nowhere and someone came out of it. Jenny cursed her confused mind, and took a step forward, enough to talk to the girl. Jenny needed answers here. "Hello...sorry for my rudeness, but may I just ask how that box appeared out of nowhere?" Jenny said carefully, trying to sound...well, less confused that she actually was.

"Out of nowhere?" The Phantom repeated curiously, a bewildered look on her face. "Oh! No it didn't appear out of nowhere, you see it was just rematerialized from one point to another. Basically it traveled through the time vortex and eventually made it to this point in time and space. So.. So..."
She paused with her rambling to give the young woman an apologetic look. "Sorry. I probably sound mad."

Jenny listened, and despite her confused mind, she began to understand. A time machine...this could be interesting. She nodded slowly.
She paused with her rambling to give the young woman an apologetic look. "Sorry. I probably sound mad."
"Oh, that's alright. No, no, you don't sound mad...not to me, anyhow. So..this box thing...is a Time Machine, in other words?" then Jenny realized something else. "But how do you fit in there? It's kind of...small." she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her. But it was true; it did look pretty small.

"Well it has to do with a bunch of dimensions grown into one compressed object.." Phantom explained, rather poorly. "However, it's not really compressed at all... And that's just the shape my TARDIS decided to become."
She smiled at her, then held out her hand. "I'm the Phantom by the way, but I prefer Marie."

Jenny nodded her head again. "So...in other words...it's bigger inside than out?" she clarified. Her mind, thankfully, was starting to clear. There was always logic around things like this.
She smiled at her, then held out her hand. "I'm the Phantom by the way, but I prefer Marie."
Jenny returned the smile and shook Marie's outstreched hand. "I'm Jennifer, but everyone calls me Jenny." she explained with another smile.
"Exactly!" Marie answered, glad that she was making sense.
Jenny nodded, her mind fully cleared now. At least, she thought to herself, now I know a little more for the next time.
"It's nice to meet you Jenny. So where are you heading?" She asked curiously. "Off to meet someone, or something like that?"
"No, I just thought I'd go for a little wander, but then it started to snow, so I was actually heading to home, for a hot chocolate, and things." Jenny smiled. "So, what were you planning on doing here?"

"To be honest I didn't really have a plan of sorts, I was just trying not to crash." Marie answered sheepishly, "Then I didn't crash, so I just stepped outside and was going to let my feet carry me.
That was something that she normally did. To her, walking aimlessly, was an adventure in itself. She liked it when she met someone new, or found something she never saw before. Perry (the energy consuming rodent that currently lived in a plastic hamster ball,) was one of those curious little creatures that had managed to follow her into her TARDIS, as she walked back into it.

"Ah, I see! Well, that must be fun, though I must confess I've never tried, myself. Maybe I should sometime." Jenny said thoughtfully.

"Oh most defiantly. I find it can be quite a bit of fun." Marie stated as she started heading forward. "Mainly because, you never know what you might into, or who."
Placing her hands into her pockets, she watched as her breath formed a steam cloud from the frosty air. Several thoughts filling her head, ranging from simple ideas, to wild plots. She couldn't wait to see what else was in store for her.
Suddenly, the young Timelord halted in her steps, to turn around and start walking back. Once she reached her TARDIS, she shut the door and locked it.
"I always seem to forget to lock her." Marie laughed slightly. "I really should get into that habit."

"Oh, I agree." Jenny said, walking beside Marie. "After all, I'm always up for an adventure. Otherwise, life is boring!"
"I always seem to forget to lock her." Marie laughed slightly. "I really should get into that habit."
Jenny nodded, laughing a bit. "So tell me...what sort of life do you lead, with a TARDIS? I mean, it must be amazing!"

Marie thought for a moment before answering. "Sure it can be amazing, but it's also dangerous and terrifying."
"I'm not sure how to explain it, but I absolutely love the adventures." She said smiling at Jenny, as they walked randomly through the snow. "You know, I think we could use a nice cup of hot tea, or cocoa. What do you think?"
Marie thought for a moment before answering. "Sure it can be amazing, but it's also dangerous and terrifying."[/color]
Jenny nodded. "Yes, I imagined that it would be...as if there are aliens out there, there must be bad ones..."

Jenny nodded in agreement and wrapped her arms around herself to get a little warmer. "I agree, completely. Where should we go for it?"
