We are a small but welcoming group of Doctor Who enthusiasts that also share a love for Roleplay! We have members of all sorts of RP styles and levels of experience, so don't be shy if you're new! We all start somewhere!
As far as plot goes, it is fairly free reign, with the occasional structured event. Storylines range from Canon to Alternate Universe tellings and anywhere in between! Imagination is your only limitation with the possibilities!

09/19/2017 Mandatory Activity Checks are now a thing of the past!!
No one enjoys doing RP posts when it feels like a chore. So we are doing away with it completely. There are still some posting requirements, but we hope this will make things feel much more relaxed. Be sure to review our rules to get all the details.
Events
No Events have been planned or scheduled, yet. Be sure to check back in. If you have an ideas for events, feel free to contact staff or leave a reply in our suggestion box.
The Doctor ran around the central control console, his ridiculously long scarf racing after him, getting caught in a cranny somewhere along the way. A stiff tug would get it out and allow the Time Lord to eagerly get back to work.
He did not know where or when the TARDIS will take him to in the universe, but that was the exciting part, seeing new worlds with new beings... although sometimes none unfortunately at times, no matter those times were when the Doctor and his companions can take a day or two to rest up before heading back out.
Stuffing his hand into a bag he stuffed a jelly baby into his mouth as he paused for a moment to stare at the computer screen, "Just where are you wanting to go?" he asked curiously with a wide grin.
The Time Lord did not even stop to look at the computer screen for three minutes before he was back to running around the control console, like a cat chasing a laser pointer, grabbing or pushing one control switch before messing with another.
Then with a use of one switch, the TARDIS was landed.. where ever the ship was. Looking around as he stuffed his hands into his pockets he waited for the others to come running into the room with their questions of, "Where are we now Doctor?", "Are we on another boring planet or an exciting one?", "can we go out now?"
Oracle walked through the streets picking pockets as she went, bobbing her head as she went. The mixture between classical and dubstep coming from her headphones she bumped into someone on the street “’cuse me.” she spun around the person gracefully enough and started to keep walking.
The person stopped and felt of their pockets before turning around and shouting “Theft!” Oracle heard it over her music and slowly lowered the headphones to around her neck as she turned on the spot, holding up the watch she’d picked off the guy.
She blew the guy a kiss before turning on the spot and bolting. Oracle was fast, maybe it was the electricity she created and stored inside her or a product of her species, she didn’t know nor care but it did come in handy when someone caught her in the act.

The Doctor shrugged when he got no response from anything or anyone and stepped out of the TARDIS, locking the door. Stuffing the key back into his pocket, the Time Lord started walking down the street. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, eagerly looking around.
Stopping at a corner the Time Lord looked around, up at the sky, buildings, at the people.. even a bird that flew by. He did not need to see that it was a busy town, as he could hear that it is busy. The light across the street showed that it was now time to cross. Without a skip of a beat, The Doctor crossed the street. At the other side he stopped and looked around to get his bearings, "Now.. this way." The Doctor said as he started walking to his left, then took a right when he got to the corner at the end of the block.
She knew the guy she’d picked the watch off of was still chasing after her so it just made it more fun to lose him “Come on don’t you want it back?” she stopped for a second, not really taunting the man but definitely playing a game of cat and mouse with him, when he got closer to her, she shrugged and looked the guy right in the eyes “Guess not.” then without a word she was gone in a blur, mostly jetting around the corner to get out of eyesight, but the guy wouldn’t never know that, all he would be able to tell was that she was there one minute then gone the next.
When she thought all was clear she turned and went down an alley pulling the watch and looking it over, is wasn’t a terrible expensive piece but hey it’d fetch a couple of pounds to put in the hallowed out brick with that in mind Oracle smirked a little and headed to Henrys.

The Doctor came to another stop all of a sudden when he noticed a girl running into an alley way. A man was running after her, but seemed to lose the young lady.
The Doctor kept his hands in his pockets as the man approached him "May I help you good man?"
"Yes. Have you seen a little girl with a watch running by?" The man asked the Time Lord.
The Doctor shook his head, "I am afraid that I have not. I will keep an eye out for her though." The man nodded and walked off down the street. The Doctor walked over to the alley way the girl ran down and walked up to her, "You should really return that man's watch." He said to the girl, observing the watch she was holding.
Oracle looked over her shoulder at the man who had spoken to her as she stopped and pulled the watch up into the palm of her hand. “I would if I could, but I have other mouths to feed.” she turned around to face him, he seemed harmless enough but then again Oracle had been fouled by that before and had time again used her own “seems harmless” to her advantage till she lit the person up like a 90 watt light bulb, only when needed of course.
Tilting her head a little she looked him over, there was something about him that she couldn’t quiet place “What are you then, the local undercover or something’?”

The Doctor shook his head, then quickly nodded, "Yes! I am an undercover agent for the.. government!" He took his hat of, smiling widely, "I'm the Doctor.." He then put his hat back on his head, "Now.. would you like a jelly baby?" The Time Lord asked as he produced a bag and held it out in front of her.
He was not really in London investigating anything. The Doctor was just in London having a good, relaxing time at the moment, this, watching the girl steal a watch was nothing out of the ordinary of what would happen in London. Although he was here looking for something or a happening that was not normal in London.
Oracle frowned a little as The Doctor held out a bag of Jelly babies turning her head from side to side slowly he was a strange one she’d admit that but from what she could tell he seemed alright. “Yeah, ok.” reaching forwards Oracle reached in the bag and pulled out a Jelly baby and plopped it in her mouth “Not bad.”
While chewing on the Jelly baby, Oracle rolled the watch around in her hand a little weighing her choices sighing, “Damn you.”[/color] she started to walk backwards holding her hands out to her side a little “Guess the most honorable thing to do would be to find the guy and give him the watch back.”

The Time Lord smiled as Oracle reached into the bag to get a piece of candy from it and popped it into her mouth, "What are you doing out here on the streets stealing? Don't you have a home?" The Doctor asked curiously as he shoved the bag back into his pocket, keeping gaze on the young lady.
Watched as she twirled the watch around in her hand, he wondered if the young lady will do as he had just advised and return the watch to the rightful owner of it. Besides it was the right thing to do and it will keep Oracle out of the amount of trouble she could get into if she got caught with this stolen item.
“Guess the most honorable thing to do would be to find the guy and give him the watch back.”
The Doctor nodded, "Yes, you must return that watch to the man that you stole it from." The Doctor smiled widely,"Let's go find the man that you took it from. Hopefully he will just let you off and not see you arrested for stealing the watch from him." The Time Lord moved back to the end of the alley then stood there waiting for Oracle.
Lizzie was sitting in her usual cafe, sitting at her usual table outside, drinking her usual decaff coffee. So far her day really hadn't been that exciting. She woke up shood some rats that had madr a nest in her kitchen, got dressed, grabed her laptop, then walked down the street to the local cafe. She took a break from her laptop screen and watch the people go by her table. She couldnt help but think how happy they all must be, with their perfect familys, their perfect jobs, even their perfect homes. She thought it un fair how they all had real homes and she lived in a abandoned warehouse.
She was snapped out of her haze as she noticed a girl running away from a man. She noticed the girl from around London, she was one of thr many pocket pickers the city held. Thr only difftence with this one is that she never got caught. Momentarily disapearing in the ally way, the man gave up the chase and walked away, only to bump into a strange looking man wearing a hat, long coat, and a rediculous scarf. She then watched the man walk into the ally way where the theif was hidden, the theif and the strange man seemed to talk for awhile. The strange man took out a brown paper bag and offered it to the theif. Thinking that something strange was going on, lizzie closed her laptop, put it in her satchel, and got up to pay her bill still keeping her eyes on the pair in the ally way. She was about to take out some cash when she saw the strange man getting ready to leave. Sensing adventure, lizzie stuffed the cash back in her pocket and ran towards the pair in the ally way. She'll just have to pay the cafe later.
What are you doing out here on the streets stealing? Don't you have a home?" Oracle shrugged as she walked out of the alleyway “Sometimes.” even when she was around the Bangarang crew she still had a tendency to wander off on her own at night, she liked to be able to see people coming and quiet honestly she liked sleeping outside sometimes, what little she did sleep.
“Let's go find the man that you took it from. Hopefully he will just let you off and not see you arrested for stealing the watch from him." Oracle spun the watch a little on a finger and smiled a tiny bit “Even if he called the cops they’d have a hell of a time catching me.” she didn’t say anything but she noticed a lady running towards them from the café.

"No, please!" a young boy, trapped in the corner of his own house, begged for mercy from the approaching mechanical tentacle that had consumed his family. The tentacle was a manifestation of the Cipher Collective (http://chaosintime.proboards.com/thread/882/cipher-collective?page=1&scrollTo=4897), and it didn't care about the pleas for mercy. It absorbed the boy, and prepared to transmit itself back to their base, when its sensors noticed something. Something was here with advanced technology... Something similar to a... Time Lord! The assimilation drone transmitted this data back to the IAC, and awaited orders, which was this: FIND THE TIME LORD AND RECRUIT HIM TO OUR CAUSE. Never hesitating, the drone transmitted itself into the Television screen that the family was watching minutes before they were integrated, and sent itself to the Doctor...
