1990's and forward when he reappears:
Face Claim: James Franco
Name: Radaghast, The Ambassador, Anthony Rogers
Age: 500
Gender: Male
Species: Gallifreynian
Planet of Origin: He was not born on a planet, he was born in his parents TARDIS
Occupation: from 1763-1785: Soldier under the British, Currently: Diplomat, Detective and a Time Lord
Physical Description:
Standing at 5’10” he is of an average height for a man if he were in 21st century England, and is seen as rather tall for one that is walking around the Edwardian Era. He has an odd shaped moustache/ beard going on, his eyes are brown in color. His hair is a dark brown. As far as clothing he wears a traditional Edwardian Era clothing, complete with a trench coat and a top hat as well as a walking cane.
Personality:
Calm: In all situations, Ambassador is able to stay very calm.
Patient: The Ambassador does not like to just charge into situations or rush to solve crimes or problems. Instead he will just bide his time and wait for the fugitive to screw up or work at his own pace until the crime or puzzle is solved.
Happy: In every situation, except for maybe a handful, The Ambassador always appears to be happy. He will often joke with the locals of London and enjoys company at his house when they come knocking on his door.
Witty: He always seems to be one step ahead of those that are either after him or of those that he is trying to capture for the British Government.
Kind Hearted: The Ambassador has a very hard time resisting the urge to help those that ask for his assistance. He is not as eager to help those that are charged as criminals unless they can show or state a fact that proves he/she is innocent.
History:
The Ambassador was born on board his mother and father’s TARDIS during the eve of the Time War, then his father went missing and the Time War started when Ambassador was only a small child. Fearing for their child’s safety, they left him on the steps of an orphanage on Earth in the middle of the early 1700’s. He was raised like every other Earth boy, he went to school, and would often get into trouble. The one thing that he noticed was that he would never get sick when others would, he thought that it was all just some good darn luck.
He soon learned the meaning of why he was not in fact anything like the other humans on Earth during the war between England and the American Colonies that he is not like anyone else at all. During the British retreat from Saratoga, he was fatally shot and left in the middle of the woods; there he regenerated for the first time. Of course he lived to see the end of the war, the problem was that he did not appear to age like how other humans did either so he took his military pension. He then changed his name to Anthony Rogers and lived in Canada until after he yet again served in the British Army and fought in the war between England and France. In 1830 he moved to England after thinking that people there were starting to question why he has not aged.
While in England he gained a job as a Detective, solving crimes that other detectives would have given up on. After some time he began to study politics after he started growing bored of just being a detective. He was elected into the Parliament as a part of the Labour party and proved that he was well versed in speeches and negotiations. In response he was given the post as Chief Diplomat. He liked being a diplomat because it gave him the chance to leave England and to see other parts of the world.
When he is not playing diplomat or detective he stays in his little home that is ten blocks away from the Parliamentary building by Thames River, he currently does not know that he is in fact a Time Lord, although he does know that he is not a human.
Addition Medical Information:
Due to him being born in his parents TARDIS he can regenerate but his appearance does not change.

The Ambassador walked down the hallway of the Parliamentary building, whistling to himself, his top hat under his arm with his walking cane in his other hand. He was about to step into the rain when he sensed that a familiar face was behind him.
He turned around to see the Prime Minister’s wife standing there, “Ms.Peel. How may I be of service to you this lovely hour?” He looked to her and saw that she was not smiling, something was terribly wrong, “My kind lady, what’s the matter?”
The woman cleared her throat, “Someone has threatened to assassinate my husband.. I was wondering if you could, for the both of us, find out who is threatening my husband? Please Mr. Rogers. I beg you.” The woman said.
The Ambassador dropped his hat and walking cane to the floor and gently took the lady’s hands into his own, “I will do everything in my power to find who is threatening your husband Mrs. Peel.” He said with a sincere smile, “I promise I will find out who it is.” He said.
The woman nodded, “Thank you Mr. Rogers.” Mrs. Peel said. The Ambassador smiled at her before bending down to collect his walking cane and his top hat. Putting the top hat on he opened the door and looked to the Prime Minister’s wife, “Do not worry, I will have the man caught.” He said before stepping out into the rain and closed the door behind him.
He walked about ten blocks from the Parliamentary Building to his home that was on the corner of the tenth block at the end. Whistling he brought out the keys to his home and unlocked the door, stepping inside he shook off his hat and closed the door behind him. He then slipped off his coat and hung it up on the peg.
The man continued to whistle as he walked into the kitchen, drawing some water he filled up the kettle and set it in the fireplace. Laughing as he realized that he forgot to get the fire started. Soon he had a fire going and went to cooking some dinner. Even though he had lots of money, he did not hire a maid or a cook, The Ambassador preferred to do things on his own.
After he had his dinner and his tea, he sat in the sitting room, smoking a pipe as he stared at the fire. Mumbling something to himself he came to a stand. Emptying the pipe he put it into his pocket and walked to the door, putting on his frock coat and his top hat.
Grabbing his walking cane, the man stepped back out into the rain, he made sure the rim of his hat was well over his eyes to protect them from the rain. Stopping outside a pub, the man removed his hat once he was inside. Taking his frock coat off he laid it over his arm as he looked around the room. He had a knack for knowing who to question just by standing in the middle of a crowded room and listening very carefully.
He finally walked over to a table, that was surrounded by men that were of the high middle class, laying his frock coat over the chair he sat down, resting his hat next to him on the table, “May I join you gentlemen?”
“Of course you can Mr. Rogers!” A man said at the other end of the table. Anthony bowed his head and the game commenced, of course alcohol was involved. The Ambassador probably took one or two sips before sneaking the rest to a bucket below the table that was used for men that got sick from drinking too much.
“So.. have any of you heard about the Prime Minister being threatened?” The Ambassador asked, looking at his cards.
“Oh yes! Little Tommy was the one..” A bloke said, “But he knew that he would be investigated by the cops so he fled to France.”
The Ambassador nodded, “So he thinks he will be investigated or the cops know he is the one that threatened he is the one.”
The man nodded, “Aye. The Bobbies know he is the one.. he tried to assassinate the last Labour party member that got into the office.”
The Ambassador came to a stand, “I thank you kindly for your time gentlemen. I must really be going.” He said and gathered his money. Stuffing the money into his pocket, the man turned around and walked out of the pub. Putting his coat on and his hat, the Time Lord walked not to his home but to the train station.
