Species Human
Planet of Origin Earth
Occupation Has worked for charities and in publishing, was also First Lady of Britain
Physical Description
Standing at 163 cm, Lucinda Cole is an attractive blonde woman who typically dresses formally, much in keeping with her station. While she has quite a collection of dress suits, Lucy wore a blood red dress for 'first contact' on the Valiant.
Personality
While not especially bright, Lucy lived a sheltered life as a member of the high class. A very dedicated person, both in work and in love, Lucy stood loyally by her husband side up until the conclusion of the year that never was on the Valiant.
Lucy very much loved Harold,or Harry as she called him. He took her to the end of the universe, and she still accepted him, relying on him much as she had as a child to her father. Because Harry was the only one who seemed to know what he was doing, who knew aobut the great wise universe and humanity's small, futile place trying to live inside it. He was the only one who could make something of Earth, of the cyborg remnants, of anyone.
Because of her reliance and love for Harold, Lucy accepted the Master as he was completely, even wanting to have children with him. She was never a very political person, instead genuinely believing they were doing what was best.
When her world view was shattered on the Valiant by the growing dominance of the Master's inner darkness and abuse, Lucy shot him in order to 'save' Harry both from a life imprisoned by the Doctor and most importantly from himself. Her dedication to 'Harry' was such that she used her contacts to create a Potion of Death to thwart his resurrection later on.
History
The youngest daughter of Lord Cole of Tarminster, Lucy was taught by tutors as a young girl and also attended Rodean School. She would go on to learn Italian at St. Andrews [she'd always wanted to travel although her father never allowed it, another aspect that attracted her to the Master]. She played netball for several years, representing Sussex before graduation.
After earning her degree, Lucy worked for several charities as well as pursuing a career in publishing. It was with her latter career path that Lucy Cole met her husband to be Harold Saxon at a book signing her company was hosting for his autobiography Kiss Me, Kill Me.
A whirlwind of time later, and Lucy had fallen hard for Harry, and had come to accept him for who he was after he trusted her with the truth. She helped him establish his past, touring with him and standing at his side at every political event, both as the Minister of Defence and during his campaign and subsequent election as British Prime Minister.
After the Year that Never Was, Lucy was sentenced in a secret trial and placed in custody at Broadfell Prison where she remained until a warden, Miss Trefusis, a member of the Disciples of Saxon, freed her in order to obtain the Master's biometric imprint off of Lucy's lips. Lucy would then use the Potion of Death supplied by another warden and her contacts to attempt to thwart the Master's resurrection, resulting in the present disciples and her own apparent death.
Additional Medical Information
Slightly unhinged after seeing the end of the universe which made her believe that life was futile, but nothing extraordinary medical wise.
Lucy is a synesthaete (she tastes sounds and sees months and to a lesser extent years as people)
Because her brain is wired differently, Lucy is actually able to remember the Silents, and has one near her most of the time as a pet/bodyguard.

The past month or so had been such a whirlwind. She'd been promoted to Harry's agent at his insistence after the disappearance of his previous one a week or two after their meeting. It was hard to pinpoint when she had vanished, or if she had not just taken a sudden vacation. A very long vacation... perhaps she'd won the lottery?
The publishing house had argued for a time about giving the job to Lucy, however Harold had remained firm with them. In the end, he got his way. Just as he always did.
For many other women, dating a man like Harry would have been out of the question because of this. Not everyone could handle not being in control all or even most of the time, but that did not bother her. Indeed, it had only taken so long for her to agree because she had not recognised his flirting as being that or his consideration as anything more than professional.
And sure, Lucy was not so obtuse as to think Harry did not hope to gain something from their acquaintance and relationship, but she could do far worse in terms of partners.
Partners.
It was funny, but she did feel as if they were well matched. Harry had such bright ideas, and they both knew strings that could help make those ideas reality. It wasn't that he really needed her, but he had chosen her. Of all the women he might have decided to romance, and no doubt there were many who already wanted to win him away from her, Harold Saxon had chosen Lucy Cole.
So far, it was going swimmingly.
Tonight would be their third date, and he had advised her to dress well. Knowing his penchant for showing her off, Lucy had picked her outfit with care. A little more dressy than her normal suits, she wore a rich golden cream dress with three quarter inch sleeves tipped in lace. The frock of it buttoned down seamlessly and there was a tan belted pattern across the waist before flowing into a full skirt. She also chose to leave her hair down for once, flowing in its natural waves and ringlets that she normally had to fight so hard to tease up into a bun. Nude lipgloss and a slight amount of blush completed the image.
She was not sure where they were headed; one of Lucy's charms was her ability to adapt to the different situations she found herself in with Harry. Lessons she had learned as a child and teenager from her mother. Adapt quickly and quietly. With Harry, at least, those lessons were serving her well.
Little surprise given Harry seemed to embody the term 'gentleman'.
Grabbing her clutch, Lucy walked carefully down the stairs in her heels. She'd had to move back in with her parents recently in order to help care for her ailing father. Harry hadn't been introduced to him yet, as Lucy was a little leery of how perfect he seemed. She simply was not in a rush to shatter her illusion just yet. And if her father noticed any flaws, he would filet them out of Harry, prominent up and coming leader or not.
Still, the time would come sooner or later. Harry knew that her father lived here; it would have been ridiculous to keep it from him given that a house with multiple wings was out of the question for her to afford on her own salary.
Once she reached the foyer, Lucy found herself glancing to the grandfather clock.
That was another thing she liked about Harry. If he told her that he would meet her at a certain time, he always managed it precisely.
Two minutes.
