Anthony walked along the street, his hat on his head and his frock coat drapped over his arm as the Time Lord walked along the street, there was no real technology, well there was. Now at least there were some steam ships, wireless, and some cars. Not much. Many people still traveled by horse, mostly those who could not afford a car. But then if they could not afford either, people simply walked. That was what Anthony enjoyed, walking to where he needed to go. Back in the Pre- America years before he fought for the Crown during the Colonial's Revolutionary War, the only technology around was the rifle, and maybe the sailing ships.. If they were included as technology. Back then the fastest way around was by horse, which Anthony did do when he was delivering dispatches for the British Army during the war... during which he was fatally shot and regenerated.
Coming to a stop, the man checked his watch, he left the Parliament Building early to do a little investigating for the Police. Lately people have been killed, not by any man type of weapon, more of claws and teeth that belong on some sort of bear. The problem was that there was no bears in London except for what are at the zoo, and none have escaped so he is back to square one at that possible explanation.
He then noticed a crowd gathering around something, thinking that another person was harmed or killed, Anthony ran over to see that a strange person was laying unconscious. He did not appear to be of this world at all from what the Time Lord could tell. He looked at all the people, "Alright give some space will you?" As he tried to find a pulse on the man, people seemed to slowly walk away, no longer interested in what was going on. The Time Lord could not find a pulse at all, "Strange.. he somehow appears to be made of metal."
Looking around for a moment he looked back at the unconscious being, sighing he slipped his coat over the man and tried picking him up, the metal man was unnaturally heavy for someone his size. Anthony guessed that he will be holding his investigation off for a little while as he stumbled in the direction of his home, grunting and breathing heavily, this was possibly the most work out he has had since the war. He was very soon at the steps of his home, holding the metal man tightly against him, Anthony got the key out of his pocket and unlocked the door. Biting the key between his teeth, Anthony carried the man into the house, kicking the door shut with a loud slam, breathing heavily he then moved the man into the living room and laid the man on the couch.
Sighing he slipped his coat and hat off, tossing them onto the other couch before collapsing into the arm chair, staring at the unconscious man who he guessed is not from Earth.
