(Basically, the Director was arrested for some small crime in London, but before, he was sent there by some galactic government that wanted to exile him for genocide, and now he's loose on the city, and someone or some people need to stop him. Red is the Director's chaotic, cruel personality called Sadistic. Yellow is his cold, calculating side. Orange is the Director himself. Blue one is first police officer. Blue two is second police officer.)
