Would anybody like to RP with my OC, Jay Monroe?

Personality: Jay is, to say the least, is a troublemaker and rebel. She hates listening and often acts on impulse and gut instincts. Quick to make a stand and a few friends, Jay is forever loyal to her allies Jay is resourceful, sly, superstitious, and loves to have fun. She is also sarcastic, somewhat funny, and occasionally witty. Although she has confidence in herself, that confidence can be easily shattered when she becomes frustrated, which can happen often. Jay is extremely defensive. She becomes touchy whenever someone touches upon the topic of family and her past, which she is very secretive about. However, despite being over aggressive, Jay can make an interesting companion that has a rather interesting view of things, if you can handle her temper.
Funny Story that could be used as a plot device: While in Amsterdam, Jay went to an amazing party. The entire night was a blur. In the morning, Jay awoke with a massive hangover, still in the bar where the party was held, with a ring on her finger. Not remembering what she did last night, and not wanting to know who she was apparently engaged to, Jay rushed to her hotel to pack up and leave. Jay never saw the man (or was it a woman?) again. To this day, she still has the ring. She kept it because she felt too bad for leaving without a goodbye and because the poor man/woman is probably still looking for it. Could the ring have more meaning than a drunken engagement?
(I imagine the ring to be a teleportation device that can latch onto any other time-traveling/telaporting and drag Jay along with the ride. For example, if she's withing ten miles of the TARDIS, and the TARDIS activates and leaves, the ring could drag Jay along.)
