We are a small but welcoming group of Doctor Who enthusiasts that also share a love for Roleplay! We have members of all sorts of RP styles and levels of experience, so don't be shy if you're new! We all start somewhere!
As far as plot goes, it is fairly free reign, with the occasional structured event. Storylines range from Canon to Alternate Universe tellings and anywhere in between! Imagination is your only limitation with the possibilities!

09/19/2017 Mandatory Activity Checks are now a thing of the past!!
No one enjoys doing RP posts when it feels like a chore. So we are doing away with it completely. There are still some posting requirements, but we hope this will make things feel much more relaxed. Be sure to review our rules to get all the details.

Since Vaux is a lazy butt and can't be bothered to write the opening posts for these ideas and leave them to rot; she's decided to list them here to marry the characters up beforehand. I have no idea why I'm typing in third person o.o So, any ideas for any of her characters will be listed here and if you're interested in throwing one or more of your characters into a thread then either post here or PM the characters account! <3
DANTE'S IDEAS
1) Party Planet
Any of your characters fancy a party? Well this is the place to come; the entire planet is one big nightclub, casino and pleasure complex frequented by all sorts, and not just the honest ones. When Dante and crew stop off there for a well earned break, there's no telling who she could bump into...
2) The New Recruit
When Irwin breaks his leg on a raid and put on bedrest for a fortnight the crew of The Vanquisher is left one man short. The ship cannot operate properly with just three crew members so Dante and ensemble set out to find a temporary member to join them on The Vanquisher. Who could possibly fill boots so big?
EVELYN'S IDEAS
1) Night at the Museum
Poor Evelyn has to spend the night at the intergalactic centre of historical treasures when her ship breaks down and help can't arrive until morning. It seems that things can't get any worse until the museum is broken into right where she's sleeping. Will Evelyn have to go it alone, or will help arrive sooner than expected?
ABRAXIA'S IDEAS
1) Break Time's Over
It's Abraxia's evening off and she decided to wander down to the harbour in search of more gadgets and gizmos to pull apart, like you do. Things of course don't go to plan, and the night is only just beginning when she is witness to a crime. Will the tough skinned Djinn have a change of heart and play the good-guy for once, or will it further solidify her malevolent ways?
DANA'S IDEAS 1) Guardian Angel When Dana was nought but an innocent child, a Time Lady came knocking. She said that she had crash landed nearby and needed help. Young Dana didn't know what help she could be but still she gave her aid. As a reward, the time lady took the child to see the stars. Who could possibly be Dana's guardian angel?
2) Busted! For Dana, the lords and lady's of time have since held a special place in her heart. From taking her to see the stars as a child to somehow helping her to heal whilst comatose on a hospital bed; she owes it to them. What she didn't count on, was the others of their species. When a time lord comes to visit her in the middle of an operation, somehow knowing her real name and job, they blow the case apart much to Dana's chagrin. How on earth are they to get out of this sticky situation?
3) A New Lease of Life When Dana's cover gets blown (again), she finally decided to quit her job and go it alone. But it seems someone has other ideas. Her new job at U.N.I.T is certainly full of surprises and that's just the start. What really is going on in the abandoned factory? And what's this got to do with Cardiff?

Alec could fit into Dante's idea or maybe Evelyn's idea. :3
We can say for the second idea that it is some sort of criminal that Alec has been hunting down for the past three weeks or longer. Like a big time criminal that has a huge bounty on his or her head?
As for the first idea, I'm not even sure if Dante would like Alec. XD
@ Rebel - Abraxia and Rebel's verbal sparring in the c-box was brilliant, and yes, we definitely need to thread them. Abraxia would tease him constantly but their relationship could develop to frienemy and I can see them getting up to a hell of a lot of mischief! <3 If you wanted to go along the docks thread idea, perhaps they are both witness to the crime (perhaps a mugging/robbery or even murder?) and team up to stop them?
@ Alec - Alec and Evelyn would be very interesting. -strokes imaginary beard- That works for Evelyn's thread; and whilst Eve is trying to sabotage their raid, Alec is trying to hunt him/her (or even them?) down. They could bump into each other, and we could go from there. Lol, Eve would probably think that he was with the gang at first unless he showed her otherwise. xD This would be pre-discovery Eve, so she still thinks she's very much human and very harmable. xD
As for Alec and Dante, I had the image in my mind that they both had a contract on the other. That could fit in with 'Party Planet' where they're both trying to kill each other inconspicuously in through the nightclub. xD We could have them reconcile at the end and perhaps work out that both contracts were ordered by the same person in order to get them out of the way? -dramatic music- The plot thickens... xD Thoughts? :3
I'd love for the Thief to bump into Dante on the party planet! The Thief loves to party, and I'm sure she'd love hanging out with Dante just as much.
As for the museum with Evelyn, the Thief would probably be breaking in as well, for the aspect of treasure. Once she found out other people were doing the same, of course she'd try to stop them. She definitely doesn't wanna share ^^
None of my other characters seem to fit, so, yeah ^^
The Thief and Dante on the Party Planet would be very entertaining! <3 Dante would probably send her crew off with a load of cash and hit the dance floor herself, either that or she'll be propping up the bar. xD Dante would be rather well known there, she goes there quite a lot after big raids and if The Thief's a new face she'd certainly want to make contact.
As for the museum idea with Evelyn, poor Eve would feel very affronted that people would try and steal all her hard work; seeing as she's put quite a few of those artefacts in there in the first place. xD Can't see her getting on too well with The Thief to be honest, but she would help to chase the other band of criminals away. xD
I will volunteer right now to be the temporary crewmember in "The New Recruit". Also, as the Time Lord for all of Dana's ideas - it'd be a chance to play around with a couple of her earlier lives...
@ The Corsair: Another pirate? YAY! Dante has friends! ;n; That would work spectacularly for Dante. xD They will certainly have a lot of fun together. Dante does have a rather strong alpha female complex, which is why the rest of the crew members are male, so she may be rather stand offish at first. Then there's Ood; just treat Ood right and everyone's happy. ^-^
For Dana, that's brilliant. <3 We could thread their first meet, perhaps she's just coming out of a regeneration/new to a body? Child Dana would be so excited. XD So yeah, I can start a Dante thread if you'd start a Dana one?
Thinking about the Dana thread, how about we have the Corsair's second incarnation meet young Dana? She won't have just regenerated, but she'll still be getting used to the idea that he' now a she. And in terms of plot..? How does a ghost story grab you? Maybe young Dana's house is being haunted, and the Corsair picks up Dana's unconscious psychic signal?
(Interestingly enough, if we use the second Corsair that means that the Time War hasn't happened yet. So, this thread would be a 'Classic Who' thread.)
Anyway, if you like the ghost story idea, I'll get the thread started later today.
And yeah, go ahead and start the Dante thread. I'll be assuming the 'current' (i.e. tenth) Corsair for that one.
Ooh, I love me a good ghost story! <3 That sounds brilliant, some entity is haunting Dana's house and the poor girl keeps getting nightmares perhaps? I love it! (I need to watch some more Classic Who, haven't seen much tbh! D:)
Sure, I'll get cracking on the Dante thread asap! Dante would have put the word out that they were looking for a new member and after various checks and the likes they would meet them in one of the spaceports, presumably. ^.^ Sound all right? 8)
Ghost story it is, then! Of course, since this is Doctor Who (and, therefore, technically science fiction) it probably won't be anything as simple as a dead person... It'll probably be later today when I get it up, though. Holiday and family obligations and all.
And your plan for the Dante thread sounds good to me.
