Chidori's height is four foot and eleven inches tall, a little under the height of other children her age.
Making her able to blend in with human children. Her skin is average toned with some freckles on her nose. Her eyes are brown and her hair a fiery blonde of different shades of browns and blonde. Clothing is a simple green t shirt, jean jacket, jeans and worn out tennis shoes.
Her penguin form is that of a Humboldt Penguin that has a lot of black freckles on her belly and some white freckles around her beak. Her height as a penguin is a few inches under average but does not stop her from sneaking in with the penguins at the London Zoo. Unknown to Chidori she has a second penguin form that she has not yet discovered ( As Frobishers can change form to a number of different penguins. ) That is a Gentoo Penguin on her face in this form is a lot of white freckles. Both of her penguin forms are roughly the same height.

[/li] While Chidori does not easily become attached to someone she meets.She has a fear of becoming attached to a person out of fear of being dumped back onto the streets or hurt in some other way.
It has something to do with how she winded up on Earth of all places and why she thinks she has been abandoned since neither of her parents have come looking for her. She has a habit of running away when she comes to the conclusion she has become too attached to someone or thinks she is going to be abandoned again.[/div]

[/li] Once one gets past her shyness the person will eventually learn how much mischief she gets herself into. While it may take time in her human form to see this side of her it is immediate when in her penguin form. There is no telling what sort of trouble she will cause either way.[/div][li]Shy:
[/li] Chidori is an extremely shy little Frobisher. It depends really on how long she takes to open up to someone enough to show emotions or to talk. But once she does well they are in for a little treat or trouble. She will still remain very shy towards others and use whoever she is with as a shield until she gets used to whoever else has entered the scene.[/div][li]Resourceful:
[/li] Although she has not been living on Earth for that long compared to some aliens but she has learned how to survive. Despite living in a Children's Home Chidori still wonders the streets. And so has learned where she can find food, how to get the food and other needs including what streets and alleys to use when being chased or just wants to get away. She has even learned how to get into the penguin enclosure at the London Zoo without getting caught.[/div][li]Troubled:
[/li] This has more to do with the fact that she is on a strange planet by herself and neither of her parents have come looking for her. What she does.not know that she winded up on Earth due to a vortex of some sort. So it's not that her parents are not looking for her. It's the fact she is on a completely different planet and possibly a different dimension. And since she is surrounded by strange beings, Chidori has a hard time opening up to others.[/div][/ul][/div]History: Born to a small family consisting with her mother named Altaira, her father Vireo, her brother Efron and her sister Cholena. They were a close knit family that did a lot together. They even taught Chidora how to change to her penguin form. It just so happened that while her siblings were teaching her that the little Frobisher wondered into what could have been a vortex of some sort. It not only took her all the way to Earth but also the dimension. Unluckily the vortex put her right in the lion exhibit in the London Zoo while still in her penguin form. The girl was quick enough to wedge herself under a rock that put her out of the reach of the lions, keeping her safe until zoo staff got her out. They placed her in with other penguins while stumped as to how a penguin winded up in the lion enclosure. For days Chidori refused to approach the people that came into the exhibit until she was so hungry that she had no choice. At one point while she was asleep the girl accidentally changed back to her human form. The staff thought that she was just an orphaned kid who happened to break into the exhibit, not the little penguin they rescued from the massive cats.
From there she was sent to a Children's Home. At first everything was alright. But then the bullies started to target her because they thought of her as strange and an easy target since she is always alone. The bullies purposely got her in trouble which resulted in harsh punishments. After all that started Chidori started purposely running away and wondered the streets of London without anyone knowing. Most of the time. The girl conveniently has every possible route memorized that will not only take her away from the Home but also to where she can find resources, something fun to do or simply cause some sort of mischief. Because she only changes form when alone she has avoided detection from Torchwood or other persons who look out for aliens, so far. How much longer she goes undetected remains to be seen.

Looking at the door when she heard someone pounding on the heavy wood. The girl counted that there are four or five people on the other side. Having had enough of being bullied and knowing that it is the bullies on the other side of the door. Chidori quickly but quietly got up and moved a couple peices of furniture to barricade the door. Knowing that it will give her time to get out as she grabbed her coat and shoes. There was just enough light outside to see the massive oak branch that was right next to her window. But dark enough that no one will see her. Opening her window the girl climbed onto the branch, reaching around the wall to turn off her lamp.then closed the window. Climbing down she dropped down to the ground from the lowest branch into a bush. She froze for a moment when the room light turned on followed by the sound of a squeak coming from the window as it was opened. Protesting being opened so quickly. She recognized the woman as the headmistress, Chidori guessed that the woman was getting ready for bed since her hair was up in rollers and in a robe. The Frobisher quietly put her shoes on as she watched the woman poke her head out and look around. As usual the headmistress didn't think to look in the bush directly below her window. When the headmistress closed the window and the light turned off Chidori got up and started hurrying over to the fence outlining the perimeter of the property. Heading over to a part where there is a hole underneath, she quickly changed her form to that of her penguin form then changed back when she got.to.the other side.
When she got to the other side of the fence, she heard yelling coming from behind her. Looking back the girl saw the shadows of people running in her direction while yelling her name and telling her to come back. But there is no way that she is going to go back now. Not when the bullies are going to cause her problems again and now that she will be going back to an angry headmistress now. So.the girl started running as fast as she could running along a route she has memorized thanks to countless times of sneaking out or running away. Stopping at the back door to a pub where the employees had a bad habit of leaving the door unlocked. Grabbing the handle she stepped inside locking the door behind her. The frobisher grinned when she heard footsteps running past the door, putting her jean coat on the girl walked around the kitchen towards a pile of bread sitting in a basket. Snatching one of the tasty morsals she eagerly ate one then grabbed a second downing that one as well. Licking her fingers as she made her way back to the door, unlatching the lock she peeked out to see if there was anyone there. Though since she was looking in the direction she heard the footsteps go, she did not notice the person standing behind her. So when she bumped into the person the girl screamed, wrenching her way out of the person's grip as she made her escape. Frantically running as quickly as she could, Chidori ran until she had to give in to the need of catching her breath. That was when she noticed that the person she ran into easily followed her, "What do you want? Why are you following me?" The now panicked frobisher asked as she kept distance between the two of them while looking for another escape route.
Noticing a fence blocking her way to an alley, Chidori made a made dash, using the trash can to help her climb over the fence. She ran down the alley at a full sprint to get away from the person pursuing her. Knowing that the person either will take her back to the Home or do.something else to her. The one thing she learned was to never trust a stranger. Especially at night. The girl came to a stop when she noticed that now she was next to the Thames River. Breathing heavily the girl thought she had gotten away from the person and so started walking along the bank, breathing heavily from all the running. The girl whimpered a bit when all then running so soon after eating the bread caused a cramp feeling in her stomach. But as she walked the cramp went away. Walking over to a bench Chidori sat down, wincing a bit as the cold wood made contact with her but relaxed as she looked up at all the stars that are now visible. Forgetting the fact that she might still be being pursued by that person. Those that followed her from the Children's Home have most likely given up by now.
