Physical Description:
An awkward figure, and unkept appearance. The Fourth Doctor is often seen wearing battered clothing that consisted of a red-brown blazer with elbow patches, baggy grey tweed trousers, dark brown cardigan, white dress shirt and a long green or red neck tie. Although his coat settled to a frock coat that was tan or grey in color. Along with those articles of clothing he wore a ridiculously long, multi colored scarf that was knitted for him by Madame Nostradamus and a large floppy hat that partially covered his dark brown, curly hair. As foot wear he wears either knee high or ankle high leather boots.
In his dimensionally transcendental pockets he carries an array of items including what seems to be an endless supply of jelly babies, a galactic passport, a cricket ball, a yo-yo that he would often claim was a tool for gravity readings, a selection of books, a lock pick, gemstones, hand cuffs, magnifying glass, an etheric beam detector, a football rattle, a magician’s cane, a clockwork egg timer, a instant camera, barrister’s wig, a breathing tube, and as seen in the episode The Power of Kroll, he put a cup of a hot beverage into his pocket.
Personality:
The Fourth Doctor is the least of his incarnations to be human like and stood apart from other Time Lords. He does have moments where he is aggressive, and to react with violence, and taking a life. He will often keep companions off guard with pranks and oddball jokes, or offering a jelly baby/ some other candy that is in his bag. But like the other incarnations he is also kindhearted, and peace loving. But unlike other incarnations he was the most of all that was anti-authoritarian. He will also often play the fool to get his opponents and ultimately get them to underestimate his abilities.
Even when he is playing the fool towards his enemies he will often scrutinize his surroundings and become angry towards those that he deemed as stupid, misguided, and evil. When he takes charge, he will often become egocentric, and the only one able to solve the problem to a situation that he and his companions get into.
Unlike his third incarnation, The Fourth Doctor distanced himself from UNIT, often becoming angry when they would call him back, a trait that will carry on into his future incarnations. Even though he regarded Earthlings as his favorite race, he distanced himself from humanity as well as the Time Lords, saying that they will just get back into his life again.
Among his habit of eating sweets like jelly babies. He will also be seen playing with a yo-yo (Even tricking Leela into playing with it for an extended time, thinking that it was an experiment.), among his habits of fooling around, he got Romana to nearly panic when he pretended to be possessed by the Black Guardian.
History:
After regenerating with the help of another Time Lord K’Anpo Rimpoche, the new Doctor was eager to leave Earth to explore. No longer wanting to work with UNIT or other Time Lords.. which strangely found ways to get the Doctor to do work for them like preventing the creation of the Daleks, where he met Davros. Sarah Jane and UNIT Surgeon- Lieutenant Harry Sullivan were his companions at the time. Harry was left on Earth when The Doctor and Sarah Jane traveled to the planet Zeta Minor, a the far edge of the universe. His travels with Sarah Jane.. well companionship came to an end when humans were no longer allowed to go to Gallifrey, whom he got a telepathic summons to Gallifrey by some other Time Lord, when he got to Gallifrey he learned that it was all a trap set up by The Master, who was just a skeletal husk due to using up all of his regenerations. The Doctor was framed for the assassination of the President of the High Council of Time Lords, and The Doctor was put on trial. The Doctor avoids death by vaporization by invoking a law that declared him a candidate for the office, and used that time he gained to prove his innocence and exposed who the real culprit of the assassination was, which resulted in a battle with The Master.
The Doctor traveled alone for a while before he met Leela, whom he educated about science and about her kind’s past, who is also travelling with him. In London during the Victorian times, they came across a magician by the name of Li Hsien Chang, who in the end turned out to be a time jumping criminal from the future. While they visited the Bi-Al Foundation medical center they met K-9, but while K-9 was malfunctioning there was a time distortion that led the TARDIS to a rural part of England. While there, The Doctor and Leela investigated into the distortion, but find themselves confronted by an ancient being that fed on deaths of Time Lord history, which was called the Fendahl. The Doctor went back to Gallifrey and declared him President due to the election that was held during his last visit, it was really a ploy to repel an oncoming invasion by the Sontaraans, which were defeated. In the end, Leela and K-9 decide to stay on Gallifrey. To comfort himself, the Time Lord made a K-9 Mark II.
Shortly after leaving, the white Guardian give The Doctor the task of finding the six segments of the Key to Time, and sent a young Time Lady named Romana with him. They go to a variety of planets, encountering strange aliens that were either friend or foe. They gathered the six segments and defeated the Black Guardian. At the end of the little quest Romana regenerated into a new form. To evade the Black Guardian, the Doctor installed a ‘Randomizer’ to the TARDIS so that the Black Guardian cannot tell where The Doctor and Romana would turn up. Strangely the first place the device takes them is to the planet Skaro, in the end the Doctor began to override the machine and travelled to Paris in hopes of a vacation, just to find himself caught up in the an alien scheme to steal the Mona Lisa. In the end the Time Lord discarded the device saying that he was tired of not knowing where he was going to turn up.
Then The Doctor and Romana find themselves in Exo-Space where they meet Adric, and where the Doctor defeats the rest of the giant Vampires. Romana and K-9 choose to stay behind to free a race of enslaved creatures. The Doctor and Adric just make it back to their his universe when they are asked to aid the people of Traken. It was discovered that the Melkur was a TARDIS under the control of The Master, which was defeated along with The Master.
The Doctor then traveled to Earth to scan a real police box to repair the TARDIS’s Chameleon Circuit. The Doctor spots a ghostly figure, whom was confronted, the ghost warns the Doctor of dangers in the future. Then the Doctor meets Tegan, and Nyssa. Nyssa claims to have been brought to Logopolis by the same figure as the Doctor. Logopolis soon falls into the Master’s control. But the Stasis field that he generated was threatening to destroy the entire universe, The Master and The Doctor agreed to work together to stop the spread of the Entropy, but instead the Master tried to take control of it. The Doctor runs under the radio dish to sever the cable, the Master starts rotating the disk to make the Doctor fall to his death. Before the Doctor fell he managed to tear the cable and before losing his grip sees visions and falls.
The Doctor merges with The Watcher, a manifestation of the Doctor’s future incarnations, and triggers his next regeneration.

The Fourth Doctor has no medical problems. Normal Time lord anatomy.
Role Play Sample:
The Doctor walked along the grassy field, his ridiculously long scarf trailing behind him, every now and then it will get caught and the Time Lord would have to yank it free in order to continue with his walk.
Coming to a stop he looked around, something was not right at all. Looking around The Doctor spotted something that caught his attention, it was a little girl.. but.. she was not a human, that much he could tell. Quickly he followed the little girl, but she was not going home as a child her age should be.. giving what the time is.
But then something else caught his attention. Turning around he saw it was a woman but she had the scent of a Time Lord, "May I help you miss?" He asked, taking his hat off some, and bowed.
"Yes sweetie.. I am looking for something.. and I can't have you get in my way again."
"You are talking as though you know me.. why is that?" He asked the woman.
"Spoilers." She said, giving The Doctor a cheeky grin. Then walked past him, tapping something to his arm, The Doctor rubbed at his arm, then walked to his TARDIS. But when he was about to type something.. he forgot what he was going to search up.. who was the woman that he just met? He put a finger to his mouth as he tried to remember, shrugging he reached into his pocket and stuffed a Jelly Baby into his mouth.
