Physical Description:
1st incarnation: On the short side compared to his other three Leo's first incarnation stands at five foot and five inches. He has got blondish brown hair that is rather long but he somehow manages to keep neat and tidy. The style varies from day to day and depends on if he even remembered to do his hair. He usually wears some sort of t-shirt along with a pair of jeans and a black spring coat along with a fedora hat and brown tennis shoes. And unlike his other three incarnations he is not very strong looking.
2nd Incarnation: Standing at six foot and one inches tall he looks intimidating to anyone who does not know him. He dresses about the same as his first incarn but instead the leather coat is replaced by a dress coat and the tennis shoes are replaced with black dress shoes. Looking almost like a mafia person which he got the inspiration from. His hair is always combed back giving him a clean appearance. He has got hazel bluish eyes and his hair is more a dark brown.
3rd Incarnation: Shrinking down some his height drops down to five foot and nine inches. His hair is also shorter and lighter in color. And with it a beard and mustache that matches his hair color of light brown, almost blonde. His eyes are the same hazel blue in color. His clothing style has taken a drastic change from mafia looking to more of a western United States type of style. Just without the hat. He wears a long sleeve (The sleeves rolled up) red checkered shirt that is tucked in under light blue jeans. Under his long sleeve shirt he has a white t-shirt. For foot wear he has brown hiking boots.
4th Incarnation: Standing at six foot and one inches tall once again, this time thanks to his dark brown eyes, Leo looks like an intimidating person to those who do not know him personally. He has short chocolate brown hair that is neatly combed to the side or back. His outfit varies from day to day but when he is out and about it is usually either his black leather coat along with a plain white t -shirt and light blue jeans with tennis shoes. But he may also be seen wearing a white dress shirt, a black dress coat, with black trousers and dress shoes along with a black tie. He always has this expression, a poker like face, but his eyes show that he is troubled.

History:
Born in what could be the slum of Gallifrey, his mother and father were what said to be failed Time Lords, or so he was told. Later he found out that the two of them dropped out of the college they were attending because it was too tough for them. But either way he would find that living in the slums of Galifrey was tough, through dealing with just enough food to live to see the next day to dealing with vandalism and robberies. Along with living in a society that was not as technologically as advanced as what those living in the citadel got to live in, like The Doctor and The Master. Education was still the same though to a degree, but Leo found the classes to be boring, and the teacher to be dull. So he would spend his expelled energy on other things, like purposely getting into trouble, which caused his older brother and his parents to worry. But Leo continued anyways, stealing money and food when he knew he would have an easy escape.
Then one day he came home to find his brother and father arguing, his brother arguing that he was going to leave Gallifrey because he was tired of being stuck in a cage. But how he was going to leave Galifrey his brother did not say. Either way because he hated hearing people yelling the boy ran to his bedroom, hiding underneath the covers of his bed. The next day brought some serious change, his brother was gone and his father was away at work. His mother helped him get ready for school, along the way Leo came across some other kids his age who were talking about robbing some important person and invited Leo to tag along since he was so good at opening the complex doors. Instead of seeing it as a red flag, the young man saw it as an opportunity to bring home some more money for his parents to use. Leo was working to open a door, his friends watching for any sign of authority, when someone spotted him trying to break into the home. Dropping his gadgets that he was using Leo took off running just to get caught. But instead of being sent to prison, a deal was made that if he would attend the academy or one of the many colleges that his criminal record will be ignored.
At first Leo found acceptance from the other students to be something that was not going to happen. But he was not going to use his talents he used to survive the streets to gain more acceptance or hopes of getting a friend or two. There was a moment when he did get into some trouble when he went to a part of the library that was forbidden for students to use that he got a book from and snuck to his dorm to read it. Though he was taking notes from the book that was never found by the college officials. But in the end with or without friends, Leo worked his way through college and gained the title of Time Lord some time later.
But there was no time for Leo to enjoy what he achieved as the Time War started just as he graduated, Leo wanted to go and fight but, against the promise, his background was brought forth as an issue that they claimed could become a liability. Not wanting to have to deal with his past or background creeping forward anymore, Leo stole a TARDIS and left. At first it was to fight in the war as well as to experience some freedom. He went to a planet that was being invaded by Daleks, the civilians thought that they could reach an agreement with the Daleks that would end in an alliance but Leo knew the truth of what would happen. When Leo was about to send the Daleks to the void for good, one of the Daleks told him that both of their worlds have been lost, the young Time Lord did not want to believe it. In the end he sent the Daleks on the planet to the void. Instead of trying to head back to Galifrey he felt that if he did get back that he would just be stuck in the same cage again so instead he went on to explore the galaxy.
Sometime later during his second incarnation he was seeking refuge in a orphanage after getting a leg injury where he met Yvie. But there was something about the girl that intrigued him, but not in a good way. It turned out to be a plasma alien that fed off the energy of dying stars, regenerating Time Lords, and the psychic energy of other beings. In the end Leo defeated the alien and adopted Yvie, though illegally since there was no one else there to sign the papers to make the adoption legal. He took his now adopted daughter on adventures with him and soon gave her the name, The Magpie, because she had this fascination with the shiny buttons as well as those that blinked. In a ways adopting Magpie seemed to be the best decision that he has made as adopting her seemed to teach him to be kind and gentle, and made him a happier man. Once again, this time with The Magpie, Leo bumped into Maria. But this time instead of the two of them going their separate ways, the two of them permanently stayed together and soon had a little boy Maria named Mark. Who would later take on the name The Ambassador.
But if this was Leo's happy time it soon vanished when Maria, The Magpie and Mark either left of vanished. Leaving Leo to wonder if it was because of something that he did or if it was something that was going to happen anyways. Either way Leo was not going to accept letting his family go until he found out what exactly happened to his small family that he treasured more than anything else he had, even his own life. Since they vanished he has been searching for his family, going to all corners of the universe. But it seems that as he does not find them it is eating away at him, leaving him to be a depressed Time Lord who only wishes he could undo what he did to lose everyone he treasured.
Addition Medical Information: There is nothing wrong physically with The Nomad. But may have some mental problems that are to be determined when his history is complete so stay tuned.

Strolling through the streets he turned to an alley where he found a Weevil staring at him, "Well hello there.. my name is The Nomad.. and you are?" He said with a cheeky smile, taking his hat off politely before putting it back on. The monster simply growled at him as its eyes glared at him, "Well you do not have to talk that way!" The Weevil reached out to scratch at him, "Bye!" He said before taking off in a full sprint, holding his hat in one hand.
Taking a sharp turn to the right he hid behind a dumpster and waited. He looked to the street to see nothing was there, turning around he saw the same one with two more weevils with it, "Hey! That is cheating, and you forgot to count to 100 before finding me!" He said.
The monster growled and the Time Lord ran back out of the alley, "TARDIS where are you this time?" He yelled out, as though it heard him, it swung its door open. The Nomad tripped and found himself flying inside. Coming to a rough landing on the floor, he looked up at the central control console, "Next time warn me before opening the door."

- Energetic: Always on the move there is no such thing as staying in one place for long. He easily gets excited about things and will stop what ever he is doing to do something else or may even try to do both at the same time.
- Cautious: He maybe a bouncy ball of energy but it does not mean that Leo will jump right into trouble head first without thinking things through or making sure that there is no immediate danger.
- Distrusting: Surprisingly he finds it hard to trust others. In fact very few maybe lucky enough to have his trust. He may act a bit rash maybe even rude from time to time. Usually towards those that he knows he cannot trust.
- Kind Hearted: Leo is willing to help out others, sometimes without thinking twice, he may even give them shelter in his TARDIS for a time while he sorts things out. He is willing to put himself in harms way in order to protect others.
- Forgetful: Because he can be so energetic and spazzy, Leo has a recurring habit. If anyone were to meet him just for a moment they would think he has the memory of a Goldfish because he gets so excited about new things he forgets what he was doing or talking about the moment before he started doing something new or talking to someone else. He even has the habit of forgetting names and sometimes, rarely, places that he has been. Even purposely 'forgetting' the life he was living before he became a Time Lord.
