Personality:N has remained relatively the same personality-wise throughout all of his incarnations. N is quirky, fun, and smiles a little too much. He'll often ruffle his hair or mess around with his baggy jacket when stressed. He gets rather cross when people bring up his TARDIS being stuck in the form of a White Van with no windows in the back. He's a tough one to get angry, and moves just as fast as he thinks. Though he may seem quirky and harmless, he's not someone you want to be up against or anger. He doesn't give up easily, he is ruthless in the pursuit for justice. He doesn't forgive, and he doesn't forget. He'll always jump in the lanes to defend someone who is innocent, and kind of sees himself as an intergalactic time-travelling lawyer in some ways. He still doesn't understand why humans are discouraged about climbing in the back of the white Van with a friendly stranger. He doesn't see anything odd about it.
History: The Negotiator had a rough upbringing. His parent's were strict and cold, and if he didn't do everything absolutely perfect or if he tried to have fun, he was often abused and was always punished. This might be where his free and energetic side come from. His profession before he stowed away as a rogue Traveler was that of a Negotiator. He played the part of the man sitting either in the middle of the argument or one whichever sight he deemed to be the correct side. At the age of around about 340 (give or take a few decades) N found that he was growing tired of his lackluster and boring life, so while nobody was looking he stole a TARDIS that was being repaired and ran off into the stars, to see all of space and time. It was around about his third stop in the TARDIS, on the side of a road on Earth, that his chameleon circuit fried itself and locked his TARDIS as it was. A white van without windows in the back, with the TARDIS's door being the back door of the Van.
Addition Medical Information: N has a childlike fear of needles. Two Hearts (Duh).
RP Sample: Keeping a firm grasp on the console as the TARDIS finished it's landing with a shaky thunk, N grit his teeth as he finished it off by pulling the brakes in a complicated way. Dusting off his baggy jacket and stepping away from the console, N smirked a little. "Woohoo! That was fun! Nothing like a shaky landing to wake you up." He said to himself as he huffed his breaths. The shaking had winded him a little, and so had his excited screams of joy. "Wooh..! Well, alright girl. Let's see if you've got us in the right place, aye? I've always like saying aye... such a casual feel to it..." N trailed off as he patted his hands against the wall of the TARDIS before opening up the doors and slipping outside of the TARDIS, now outside of a small white Van, with small white doors. He locked them from the outside.
He closed his eyes as he breathed in the air, the rumbling of the school bus across the road could be felt from across the street. The warm feeling of sunlight hitting his skin, the wind rustling his baggy jacket with the slightest breeze as it whizzed past. "Ahh. Earth, how I've missed you!" He exclaimed with a very obvious tone of excitement to his voice. He was almost bouncing about by this point, his eyes now wide open as he looked around, eager to explore. He hadn't stopped at Earth in around thirty years. Across the street from where he stood, there sat a young woman, slumped and depressed, fiddling around with her phone. Noticing the sad woman, N rushed across the road, narrowly missing two cars and having one driver flip him the bird.
"Hello there young lady, whatever is the matter?" He said in a very confident and friendly tone. "Nothing... really. I just... My life is horrible. I work a boring dead-end job, I have no friends and I haven't spoken to my folks in years... I just... I don't know what to do." The young woman broke down in front of N, and he honestly didn't know how to deal with it. "...sorry. I shouldn't have just broken like that, I'm sure you've got your own problems to deal with. You don't need to hear about min-" Before she could continue, N placed his hand over her mouth. "Now now, I wouldn't have asked what was wrong if I didn't intend to listen. How about you come with me? On an adventure!" N was very physical with the grande he pushed behind this idea, making the woman laugh a little. "Haha... an adventure? Like, to where?" N paused for a moment, and spoke. The words he said would seem meaningless to him, but the girls view of him would change quite quickly. These words would accidentally warrant unforeseen consequences. "Come into my van over there, I'll show you."
