Physical Description:
Personality:
History:
The Doctor thus far has had ten known incarnations and at least one "not spoken of" incarnation better known as the "War Doctor", something that the Doctor as a whole is not very proud of. Each incarnation, also more formally known as regeneration, has its own unique quirks that he's had over the years. His history is a very complex detailed wibbley wobbley mess that only he can figure out and one that he doesn't really talk about many others not even the companions he makes friends with.
His early life on Galifrey was to say the least not an easy road. A family that wanted him in the Army verses being at the Academy left him a struggling Time Lord growing up. It didn't help that having stared into the Schism set his life up one for the very reason he travels in his blue box. But most of his Gallifrey life was one of an obscure notion and one not discussed much. Before traveling in the TARDIS it is known that he had grown and had family, a granddaughter of which named Susan, he traveled with for some time once he did steal the TARDIS and left Gallifrey.
Strangely the Doctor was not much up for human interaction at that point, but after meeting his first Earth companions, it is where his ventures really began to take off. But as time goes even family and old friends leave, times change, and so do faces like the Doctor's. He met many enemies including the Daleks, Cybermen, Weeping Angels, etc. Yet in some strange ways those things have come and gone over time as well and even return when most unexpected.
Sadly some of the companions the Doctor had prior to his "War Doctor" state aren't all as well remembered as per say the ones from his ninth regeneration on, but that's because being a time lord causes one to compartmentalize things so as to not become overwhelmed, but he will somewhere always in his mind remember all the adventures and times he spent with them. However, below is a
list of the ones he's come in contact with just as reference. Please note this list only goes up to the tenth.

Before he became the tenth though, and before he met Rose Tyler, the Doctor had spent time traveling alone doing odd tasks here and there trying to come down off a war he wanted to forget. Some of his more current adventures, however, had been with Rose Tyler and a few sprinkled here and there with Jack Harkness. Everything from the Daleks to the Cybermen had been covered pretty much by his ninth regen. The Doctor had first met Rose when an alien was using store mannequins to try and terrorize London. From that point on she traveled with him from time to time in his TARDIS everywhere, leaving what the Doctor called "Mickey the Idiot" behind as he showed her the end of the universe and much more.
However, as all things go, all good things come to an end and so did his ninth regeneration. After a bad mishap at a station in space at some point in Earths future, the Doctor was forced to take the energy Rose absorbed from the TARDIS for the BAD WOLF incident after they finished escaping the station. Unfortunately they left Jack behind who had become immortal from the situation. By this point though, the ninth had come decently out of his slump from the Time War.
In his tenth regeneration, The Doctor found himself facing a lot of turmoil. The first big thing that happened, was The Doctor loosing Rose to another universe due to a situation with cybermen. After trying to recoop from that devistating blow, he'd met his actual third companion Donna first, but ended up not taking her on travels until after he had some recovering bounce back adventures with Martha Jones, the woman who saved the world in the year that never was. He was grateful she was able to leave the TARDIS without something bad happening to her. He then traveled a while with Donna before by the end he failed to save her from burning and dying because she took in part of The Doctor in the form of a metacrisis. It wasn't long after that he saved Donna father while dealing with The Master that he regenerated into his 11th incarnation.
It was then he ended up crash landing in the little town Amy Pond came from, that is where the venture of the crack in the wall came, the story about the raggedy man, and the revealing spoilers of River Song. He reset the universe, married a beautiful woman, and became a son in law all in one regen. However, he lost Amy and Rory eventually to the weeping angels. Yet this didn't totally end his adventures. Soon enough he was on the trail of the "impossible girl" Clara Oswald. With her, he found out that she shattered herself for him so his timeline would stay intact. In the end he saved her of course, but eventually he did find his way to Trenzelore anyway where he defended the planet and was granted a whole new cycle of regens.
This was where he became his cross brow faced incarnation, who at first had troubles figuring himself out, but later had to convince Clara that he was still him, questioning everything about himself. Whether he was a "good man" or not. In the end he learn he was neither good nor bad but just a mad man with a box who cared way to much and almost became the feared hybrid. Inevitably he had to let Clara go after the shade took her life and he tried to stop it all. He gave her a second chance before she had to go back to face the raven though.
Eventually he found his way tenuring at a university while being Missy's keeper. There he made friends with Bill Potts whom he began to take on adventures. This for a long while brought the passion he once had back to him. He even went blind for a while during this regen. Whether he would probably admit to it or not, he felt responsible for the life taken from Bill near the end of his regen. However, in a way he was redeemed when he made a run in with his first incarnation. Reminding him, that not all is lost and that good things do happen. He even got to remember Clara.
Inevitably he regenerated into his 13th form, hoping with all hope that this one would be better than him, kinder than him, and most certainly would steer clear of pears (whatever the reason why). That's where the Doctor became female, and her TARDIS for the first time she could possibly ever remember doing at that moment, had actually thrown her out for destroying most of her insides. After falling to earth, she began her new regen discovering her "fam" Ryan, Graham, and Yasmin. She also found herself facing new unknowns and new large enemies such as the Stenza. She still is traveling with her "fam" across the universe since the situation with the one Dalek.
Addition Medical Information:
It's still possible some human medications can actually harm her.
RP Sample:
It had been some time since the fam, well Graham and the others were onboard. Traveling with them was exciting, it was also strange having so many at once again on the TARDIS at once, bouncing through all of time and space. However, they had to go home from time to time, something that was common of companions. They couldn't stay all the time. After the incident with the Dalek in Sheffield, and well maybe another adventure or tow, it was felt time for them to go. Not forever, just for a little bit, live their regular human lives. The fam, as it were called, would be there later when the TARDIS would return. So now the TARDIS was kind of empty. Which was okay, that didn't matter, what mattered was the destination. Running a hand along the console, The Doctor's blond haired face bit lightly at her lower lip and then smiled.
"Okay, lets see whats out there." she breathed with anticipation, and then pulled the lever after having put in coordinates. The TARDIS vwhoorped until it landed. Parking her, The Doctor bounded to the door. The TARDIS blooped at her, making The Doctor whirl back.
"Oi, I'll be fine." she pointed a finger. "Don't sass."
She opened the door, and walked out, letting the environment of where she was fill her.
