Physical Description: The Shadow's current incarnation is about five foot, twelve inches. (To be more pacific, he's five foot, eleven and a half inches.) He is fairly muscular, his skin is a bit pale compared to the "normal" shade. His eyes are similar to that of dark hazel, and can seem menacing, depending on his mood.

Personality: Shadow's personality general stays the same through out his regenerations.

History: When Silas was just growing up, he was as normal as a child could be. He ran through the red fields and forests of his home planet; He played games, and sometimes pranks with his dear friends. Other times, he was often reading something new and fascinating.

In the academy, he met several people, but two that stood out; where, a young blond boy known as Theta Sigma; and his darker haired friend known as Koschei. They were interesting enough. Not that Silas would call them friends, perhaps acquaintances was the better term.

After graduating from the academy, Silas Carver became The Shadow.

He was married not too long after, as the arrangement of both the high counsel and his parents. From that came a child that would later be known as The Phantom. Who had vanished, before the Great Time War had started to become a problem.

During the end of the Time War, the Shadow fought and lead on the front lines. Until, that is, he learned of the Doctor's plan. In which, upon hearing about it, he then took it upon himself, to at least warn some of the others to leave, before leaving himself.

With his wife having died before she could regenerate, (thanks to an ambush of Daleks;) he was left alone on his TARDIS. The Shadow, traveling through time and space, decided that he needed a hobby of sorts. And with that, he went around the known universe, protecting those who, he deemed worthy enough; and destroying those who would bring evil upon the many worlds throughout the galaxies.

Additional Medical Information: Two hearts. Allergy to pain killers, and strawberries. (sadly, it's also his favorite fruit.)
