History:
Colton was born into a sea going family, his father was a Captain of the White Star Line. Naturally Colton took to going to sea as his father did, at the age of thirteen he joined a crew. Later on he went to a Naval academy to further his career and become an officer. With hard work, he went from sixth officer to becoming a Third officer when he sailed on the new liner RMS Adriatic, a new liner that was among the first of large ships that were to come. The Maiden voyage went smoothly with now major events besides a woman and her husband getting into an argument where crew had to separate them, but that was it.
After a stressful voyage on the Oceanic, he learned that his mother passed away due to an illness that she caught, saddened he chose to not sign onto the Adriatic to spend time with his younger sister who was only sixteen years old. His father went to sea to captain a new Ocean Liner called the RMS Olympic. He could have easily signed on and went but with his sister not having any work, he chose not to sign onto the Olympic and take care of his sister, who he called ‘Lily’, until his father came back. After two weeks their father never came back, money running short Colton decided to get his sister on board the Adriatic with him as a Maid.
Succeeding on getting his sister as a member of the crew, they both sailed across the Atlantic and back, Colton, now a Second Officer (1911, age 26), regularly checked on his little sister to make sure she was doing fine, and to see if there were any problems with the rest of the crew. He was glad to learn that Lily was loving the work, stating that the passengers she was caring for were so nice that they were giving her a little extra money here and there and that she could finally afford a new dress.
Things seemed to be going up in luck, especially when the two signed on to sail on the new White Star Liner RMS Titanic, this time Lily was going to be working with first class passengers and Colton was going to be Second Officer.
He was to be among the crew to attend the sea trials of the new ship, taking a train up to Scotland then catching a ferry to Northern Ireland, he was on his way to the dock where Titanic was waiting when he mysteriously vanished. After literally stepping into the 21st century, Colton spent time wondering around modern day Belfast trying to figure out what happened to the RMS Titanic, stating that he was meant to report to the ship to serve as her second officer. He was picked up by Torchwood and gently introduced to 21st century society, and joined the British Navy, during his service he achieved the rank of Lt. Commander. Colton served in the Navy for roughly four years before joining White Star Cunard Line, serving on board the three Queens, Queen Mary II, Queen Victoria II, and Queen Elizabeth II.
At an unknown time, he received a call from the Blue Star Line and was offered a position of First Officer of their new liner Titanic II, which he accepted after a couple days of thinking, even though the ship is not yet set for launch or sailing. He is due to fly to China to sail her to Australia for the rest of her out fittings, then to sail her all the way to England before her 'maiden voyage'. From there he is to serve on her for as long as he or the company sees fit.
Titanic II & Olympic II:
Titanic II and her sister ship Olympic II are set to be the new flagships of the Blue Star Line, a relatively less known company that is hoping to revolutionize the cruise line business now that modern cruise ships are failing in many areas from unexplained accidents that result in sinkings to loss of power for hours on end. But no more! Titanic II is set to reset the standards of modern day cruises! She will have the state of the art power system, that is run on a back up system to keep her power and plumbing systems running. She has never seen before security system, so their passengers can sleep soundly at night, or leave their possessions in their rooms with no worries of a theft or murder. The ships have a system set in place to handle any sinking possibility, although it does not guarantee that she will not sink, but will make sure they stay afloat long enough for help to arrive.
Their maximum capacity is 2,400 passengers. In addition 990 crew members are scheduled to be on board at all times to provide safety and comfort at sea. Bringing their total capacity to 3,390 persons.
Passengers will experience what life was like on board their predecessors with the addition to modern day needs and comforts such as internet, air conditioning, private bathrooms, elevators, etc. On the bridge passengers will find it looks familiar in many ways to early 1900 ships with the addition to modern day equipment for navigation, as well as to detect icebergs.
If a passenger is to ask a crew member questions in regards to training, they will find that all crew members are trained for medical responses, manning the boats, and security. Deck Officers are especially trained to be able to navigate the seas without the use of modern equipment without the aid of the navigation computer for when the power goes out.
She has 22 life boats that are exactly like what her predecessor carried, each can carry up to 70 people each. With these she carries an additional 18 modern day life boats that can carry 285 persons each. In total she has enough life boat space for 6,450 persons.

Role Play Sample:
Colton was so excited when he saw the new.. massive liners massive funnels looming over the small town of Belfast. Walking quickly in the direction he got out his fob watch to check the time, he will be a mere ten minutes early, that was not a problem as he can use those minutes to get to know the ship.
Jumping when he heard something honking at him, Colton looked up to see a small car, not like the early 1900’s model.. running out of the way. The man took off h bowler hat as he looked around. This was not Belfast was it? What was with the cars? He looked in the direction the Titanic should be in, not seeing the funnels he ran to the dock, “Where’s the ship? Where is Titanic?” He asked himself quickly. Turning around, he felt a little panicked, seeing a man and a woman he walked over to them, “Excuse me good sir.. can you answer me something?”
“Well of course I can.” The man said.
Colton pointed to the empty dock, “Where is the Titanic? I was meant to be here to sail on her.”
The man looked at Colton as though he was high on drugs or something that made the poor man sound as though he was mental, “Sir.. the Titanic sank one hundred years ago on her maiden voyage..”
Colton shook his head, “She couldn’t have.. it was right here ten minutes ago.” He gasped, “She sank.. did a woman named Sarah McCollen survive?”
The couple looked at each other, the man spoke up, “We are meant to meet my mother for dinner so we better be off.. good luck finding your woman.” The two walked off.
Colton turned around, staring at the dock.
