Physical Description: Flare, as her name depicts has flame red hair with bright red Iris's. Her Make-up consists of Red lip-stick and if she ever wears it, Red nail-polish. Flaris Stands 4'8" in height with long waist-length hair.
Personality:
Reckless!: Flaris is fairly reckless when it comes to her job and her plans. Almost weekly Flaris comes very close to having to regenarate, making those around her very much afraid for her well being.
Dis-obedient!: Flaris is not one to take orders and tends to find her own way to do things her own way if possible.
Trust?: Flaris, until she befriends a person, will NEVER trust them. However, when they do earn her trust, she will follow them to hell and back.
Loud!: Flaris is NOT the person you want to send on a stealth mission. Her actions make noise and her voice is loud.
Shy?: Flaris, in rare moments, can become very shy and quiet. These moments mainly occur around other Time-Lord's and Time-Lady's.
History: Flaris' mother and father were both Time-lords, but they died during the Time War leaving Flaris on her own. Flaris, saved and trained by a Lone Time-Lord was eventually left on Earth with a strange TARDIS, one that required her to have a companion to work. Flaris has traveled for over two hundred years in search of the right companion, but so far has had no luck, maybe one day she'll find one, she hasn't given up hope, yet.
Addition Medical Information: Flaris' right hand is missing a pinkie.
Additional Information: Flaris being as young and untrained as she is, needs a fellow Time-Lord or Time-Lady to teach her what she was unable to learn. A foster parent maybe?
